+ -1 moreVery knowledgeable regarding new products and many product lines, I didn't realize there were so many beautiful options. Helped me narrow down the choices so I could make a decision and complete the project, I had been procrastinating forever! The measurements were perfect. Allowed me to keep my existing silhouette shades beneath the roman shades which was a little tricky but she made adjustments so they work together beautifully. Was straight forward regarding costs and found many options that worked within my budget. I didn't want to spend too much money in my son's room and we found budget friendly blinds that are great. Installation was quick, quiet and efficient and done right on schedule.
Description of Work: Jolynn and her assistant installed roman shades on my bedroom windows; she even located a new product that worked on my sliding door that matched the window treatments. I was very specific in my choice of materials and she provided a vast selection of options and guided me through the pros and cons of each. I chose a fabric that is organic looking and it compliments my bedroom furnishings while providing just the perfect amount of light. She also installed black out shades for my teenage son's room, that completely block the light but can be raised to allow natural sunlight when desired. Previously she installed shutters for my family room, that look great, block the glare on the TV but can be adjusted for light and privacy.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Listened to my needs and used her expertise to satisfy all of my needs and requirements. Extremely knowledgeable of products. Responded timely - kept all scheduled appointments and was always on time. Worked around my schedule. Stood by all products provided. I had a problem with a shade, and all repairs were completed at no cost or inconvenience to me. Even years after initial product installation. Products provided were beautiful and high quality. Great selection to choose from. No complaints, what so ever, highly recommend.
Description of Work: Custom window coverings. Installed hardware, drapes a/o shades in living room, dining, room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

+ -1 moreJolynn walked me through many options at different price points. I didn't want to spend as much in the extra bedroom and she found fantastic budget friendly options. For my bedroom she found unique blinds that I just love. Prices were very fair. Great installation, was flexible with my schedule. Friendly, helpful, not pushy, accommodated all my needs and requests. Could not be happier! Excellent quality product.
Description of Work: Had lovely shutters installed upstairs. Blinds in 2 bedrooms downstairs.
