Description of Work: I called and within 40 minutes they were at my door. The ignitor on the stove failed. They had the new part and replaced the failed part.They were very professional.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was acting up, worked, stopped working then worked again so I called around to see if I could get someone to come out. These guys were the cheapest (free service call) and the quickest to come out. The owner (I forget his name) was very friendly and besides looking at the refrigerator and showing me that I had a freon leak he gave me pointers about which refrigerator was the one he got the least service calls about. He also went over my other appliances with me without me even asking. He told me how to properly push the buttons on the dishwasher to ensure the electric panel didn't break and did the same on my oven. He also recommended not using the self clean function because when the oven heats up it can melt the circuit panel. Overall, this was a great experience, better than I thought it would be, PLUS, who can argue with a free service call?! So how does he make a living? Well, he charges if he ends up having to do work and for the parts, but if no work is performed he doesn't charge a fee. I would 100% use this company again and if anyone ever asked if I knew of an appliance repair company I would let them know about these guys. My only gripe is that they came into my home smelling like they had smoked before arriving. Besides not being a pleasant smell it has a tendency to linger. With any professional I would recommend not smoking and/or wearing parfume or heavy cologne while on the job. Some people are very sensitive to the smells. There is nothing worse than having to open a window or door to air out your house after someone has been there.
