+ -1 moreAfter a rocky and disastrous start with a couple of unscrupulous Napa contractors, Steve Richins stepped up to the plate to resolve complex building issues from start to finish. Steve is all about how to get things done, not how things can't be done; creative and positive solutions. Steve's approach is realistic, honest and straight forward. He looks out for the homeowners best interest as well as his own.
Description of Work: Served as General Contractor for custom home in Napa Valley vineyard, complete with extensive outdoor living areas, well and water systems.
