Firstly, I am terribly sorry for your poor experience. I regret to inform you that there was a significant sickness and consequential passing that of a family member which disrupted the usual excellent customer service we try to thrive on. Unfortunately, with a small family business these matters often throw off the company a bit. However, that in no way excuses a non-response from our end. I know how irritating it can be to have inconsistent service for anything, especially an electrical issue and I am deeply sorry you had to experience that at our mistake.
