Logan Pools

I'm so happy that I decided to work with Mike Logan. I interviewed 3 other popular pool companies in the area but not one of them provided the immediate attention that Mike did. Actually the other 3 didn't get back to me until days after i left messages. Mike actually answered his phone! Additionally, although the bids were fairly similar (10K differential), the three components of customer service, products and process to make the pool were VASTLY different. Make sure you find out how long the crew has been working for the company and what the turn over is for sub contracting companies - very important! Pool builders often use many different sub companies for each stage of the process - so know who your dealing with before you sign the contract. Logan pools only uses truly the best people and products. Working with Mike was like dealing with a intelligent and trustworthy friend. He was incredibly professional from the first phone call, to the very end where we were sitting by the rock fire pit together bragging about my gorgeous pool! Mike was there - literally every step of the way. He personally supervises each job - meaning... he's at the project a lot! Our pool took about 8 weeks, pretty much right on target based on Mike's projections. The crux of my review - I would have paid a little more (but I didn't need to) to work with someone trustworthy like Mike who made the project affordable AND stress free. His amazing customer service allowed me to be a pleasant bystander or be involved as much as I wanted. He always welcomed my questions and was very patient in educating me through the whole process. Bottom line, Mike really IS as nice as he seems the very first meeting! This isn't a cheeky ploy to get your business. He is super happy go lucky, feels very blessed to be doing what he's doing combined with attentiveness, timelines and five star customer service. If you're looking for an honest company, gorgeous pool & hardscape that compliments YOUR yard and personal taste - Mike is your guy!
