 + 0 moreThe screen that we were replacing for the patio door was an unusual size, but the had it in stock so I didn't have to wait. They could have more sales people.
Description of Work: I got windows, cleaning products and sealants. We put some stairs in the back of the house and I had to get new screen for the door going out to the patio.

 + -1 moreI tend to think that Lowe's has a little better quality. They have a lot of items that are the same, but overall, I go to Lowe's more often because I think their prices are reasonable compared to Home Depot. On some things, they have a little bit higher quality. A lot of times when you need some help, you wait a long time to get somebody who is in the right department with the right knowledge. As long as the prices are in line, the responsiveness and quality are more important to me.
Description of Work: I use Home Depot for hardware stores.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreThey did a very good job on my window. I didn't have any complaints the entire time they were here. They were friendly and always made sure that we were satisfied with the work that they did.
Description of Work: They replaced a custom window that broke. The window was 6 foot wide 8 feet tall and had paladin curves to custom fit the window.

carpet installation
 + -1 moreI'm very happy with the job and the carpet looks so nice. It was just one man that installed it and he was professional, kind and considerate. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
