Outstanding! Safety was their first concern. Crew was Covid Compliant 100% of the time on site. Impressive teamwork: each crew member supported one another. They protected our shrubs, furniture and hardscape, and immediately swept what little debris landed in the pool. Started on time at 8:30 AM and finished leaf blowing and final clean up at 2:00 PM. Tremendous value. Refreshingly professional.

It went great! The crew showed up right on time, spent nearly 3 hours trimming the tree (it is huge!) and cleaned up everything when done. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend them!

Green Lane was very reliable and professional. Franklin was very knowledgeable and we appreciated how he came to check in on the team during the service. In total they took care of 8 trees including a removal, done speedily and no mess left behind. Will be working with them again for any and all of our future tree related needs.

Franklin and his team were amazing. They were very professional, made sure they were very careful with the neighbor's property and house, as well as with my own property. They went over and beyond by cleaning up even more of my yard than they needed to. And the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

It was a big job, the trees were probably over 30 ft tall and horribly overgrown and intertwined. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything and replaced my statues leaving my yard emasculate. The price was what I expected and worth it. Very nice people, I will be calling them again for some more work next spring.

Franklin & his crew were great! I was worried I wouldn't get this done before my next Oakland fire inspection, but he squeezed me into his busy schedule. My front yard was thoroughly overgrown without much light. I also had tall growth too close to my roof. The crew of 3 workers were very friendly, & worked quickly & efficiently. They asked my input while they worked, & even did some extras I wasn't expecting. They left my property very clean, & I was extremely pleased with their work.

It did not go. Franklin came out and gave an estimate. I subsequently called back to book his service and remind him of the Angie's coupon. I didn't hear from him so I called a left a 2nd message. 3 days ago he called to say he was out of town and would call back the following day. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from him. Disappointed, as he appeared professional and polite.

Franklin and Green Lane Tree Services did a fantastic job removing the trees and keeping the landscaping in excellent condition. Total professionals. Extreme care was taken to keep my property safe and they did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. Pricing was highly competitive. I highly recommend these guys for any tree work

Came on the day promised, trimmed trees as agreed to (and they look great), and cleaned up well. Company has contractors license and workers comp.

I asked Green Lane Tree Services to remove a huge, dying agave (century plant) with a house-high bloom that was tilting close to our utility wires. They worked carefully and even managed to get the stump out manually, without harming the surrounding succulents. They also took out an old plum tree that storms had brought down, doing the job without damaging any of the plantings around that tree (we decided together not to take the stump out in this instance due to the proximity of other plants -- they consulted me on each question that came up during the work). They pruned an out-of-control bougainvillea and cut down a couple very tall, but dead, cypress trees. Finally, they cleaned everything up perfectly, and even sawed the plum tree into logs for us. And to top it all off, they charged considerably less than the quote I got from another tree service.

Had (7) large redwoods trimmed and thinned. On time and crew worked efficiently including clean up. Did a great job including input from neighbors who wanted specific areas of trees removed to help reduce impact on their yards. Highly recommend.

Received their quote, and will determine whether to hire them after I receive my last quote. Their price is currently the lowest, and they described how we could even lower the price further, given the conditions.

Excellent experience working with this company. We had a helpful consultation at the house to discuss which trees needed trimming and the ones to remove. All the input was knowledgeable and helpful. The team showed up on time for the two days of work, trimmed four trees and removed three smaller ones. They cleaned up completely after the work. I'll definitely use them again when I need more work in the future.

Very satisfied with the results -- appearance, shaping, thinning, height reduction -- and overall knowledge of various kinds of trees and how they should be trimmed at this time of year.

The crew did a great job! When I raised one concern they took care of it right away and made sure the job was complete.

Most of trees were between 10 to 12 feet tall. Two of the trees were 20 feet tall. One and half days of trimming with 5 workers, 4 tree trimmers and one operating the chipper. Used thick cloth to protect fence and house. Removed many crossing and dead branches. Much better than the my previous tree trimmer. Would listen but also provide recommendation and explanations. Highly recommended.

It was excellent! They were on time, answered all of my questions. They were very polite and clean! It was just an excellent experience overall.

My service was postponed one day due to a significant rain storm that hit Northern California, but Franklin was able to pull a crew together to come on a Saturday (the next day) to do the work. I am very happy with the results. From the moment of the first quote I received from Franklin, I found his communication and professionalism to be great - far better than any tree service companies I've used (or tried to use) in the past. My only concern is Franklin is going to be so busy with new customers as the word gets around that he'll be harder to book for my next time!

It took followup calls from me to get the work scheduled, even after we had agreed on work and price estimate, and I had expressed concern that the job be completed before first rains. Actual work was well-done, though I had to supervise and request specific cuts and shaping. Crew was responsive to my wishes. Cleanup left something to be desired, but generally satisfactory. I'd gladly use them again (this tree requires almost annual work) and would recommend them to others.

Very well. They needed some supervision, but were very willing to pick up and clean after themselves. The tree was removed fast, the yard left in good shape.

He was punctual with his crew. Very pleasant to work with. I especially like his crew-very down to earth and a combination of ages. They (crew) left an apple on my pool. They were professional wise and of course, hard workers. It was a hot day and all water was drunk! I recommend them.
