Frank is professional and prompt in his response and evaluation. Also, very happy that he could do the job the very same week, as he knew the hill needed to get cleared of dry weeds. I was not home for the job, but when I came home I was amazed at how great the hill looked, and that the cleanup was complete...all the debris was cleaned up. I was also given 10% discount from being member of Angies list, so job total was $1350 (could not enter this below in "approximate cost of service.

My experience with this company and Franklin the owner was positive from beginning to end. Franklin and his crew were punctual, efficient and very professional. I appreciated Franklin's experience and knowledge about tree's. I came from living in the city and had really no idea about tree's, from type or how they should be cut, so having him explain this to me was very helpful and appreciated. The two man crew worked hard all day in the HOT sun and did an excellent job with my tree's. Then also clean everything up like they'd never been there. Franklin and his crew showed up on time and did what was agreed upon in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Franklin seemed to know trees and made suggestions to what we wanted done. Cost was very reasonable relative to another quote we got.

I had two large sycamore trees that needed major trimming and removal of dead branches. Franklin and his crew did a great job. Throughout the whole process, Franklin's communication and responsiveness was fantastic. His pricing was very fair and I will certainly use him again next time we need tree service.

Though they did not have a bucket truck, they used 2-3 climbers and accomplished dead limb removal as requested. They chipped up the limbs and cleaned up very well.

They came out to inspect the work to be done before scheduling to be sure the work fit within the parameters of the deal. We discussed the work to be performed and made sure any questions I had were answered ahead of time. The crew showed up as scheduled and performed the work as agreed. No complaints.

Green Lane did a very good job but the scope of work (and final price) had to be adjusted since the service I purchased from Angie's List would not have covered the actual work. Franklin came out for a site visit and when he saw the size of the tree he told me that would require a lot more work than the service I had purchased; more labor and an additional climber. He made me a special deal which I accepted. The description of the service in Angie's list needs to be much more specific; so that people buying can make truly informed purchasing decisions

Very tidy and professional work. Other than the missing plants (yay!) It was impossible to tell they had been in the yard.

I was very impressed with Franklin and his work crew. He responded quickly to my request for a meeting to discuss the project. He called when he was going to be delayed for our meeting. He walked the perimeter with me and met with two of my neighbors who had my branches hanging over their property to discuss the project. He prepared the quote and scheduled the job on the spot. His work crew was equally impressive. They arrived on time, covered my fence, gas meter and pool with tarps to protect them from debris being hauled away. After all the cutting/trimming was done they spent another hour to cleanup all three yards and haul it the debris away. Franklin was on site and kept all six of them busy. I would hire Franklin and his crew again for another tree project

Franklin and his team were great. I purchased a deal for 12 hours of labor on Angie's List and Franklin came out to discuss what needed to be done. The day of the project, his guys got more done than I anticipated. Very happy with this purchase/work.

Franklin Ramos, owner of Green Lane Tree Services, provided tree service for our entire court. We have many large oak trees that need trimming, thinning and shaping every couple of years. His crew did an excellent job and were very professional and careful of damaging existing landscaping. all the trees look great. Franklin was ever present for course of the entire project, spending time each day to provide direction and supervision, and he personally followed up with the homeowners to insure everyone's satisfaction. Will definitely call Green Lane Tree Services to come back again two years.

It went great. Franklin came out, gave us a quote, and the service was provided within 5 days. I believe Green Lane Tree trimmed about 18 trees in our neighborhood. All the trees were trimmed to the specifications that were set, everyday the work started at 9:00am, everyday workers cleaned up, and you could not tell that they had been there. I would highly recommend this service to anybody that needs trees taken down or trimmed. We have been using Franklin Ramos for quite awhile in our neighborhood and we are very happy with the service that he provides.
