+ -1 moreJim scheduled to view my home 2 times in a row and no call, no showed on both of them. Even after saying he would text if there were delays. He blames his clients rather than his own ability to make and keep appointments. Meanwhile, I spend 45 minutes each time readying my family and children to leave for him to show, stand in the hot weather for 30 minutes waiting, just to have him not bother to show up or call. He was fully aware that this was happening each time. After calling to ask for an ETA I find out he is at other houses and not even near mine. Jim is massively unprofessional. Find better representation.
