Best of all, no surprises--the price quoted was the price charged, and the work was done on schedule. Mr. Ayala was very responsive to my need to keep costs down. The exterior trim had been painted only a few years ago but was already peeling in places. Mr. Ayala scraped, primed, and painted the areas that were peeling, and left the eaves which were in good condition, a significant cost-savings. I had removed a porch at the back of the house, which exposed areas that were off-color. Mr. Ayala power-washed the back wall and matched the color of adjacent walls so the repairs are absolutely invisible. Indoors, his work taping and texturing drywall was terrific--it's impossible to see the joints. The place looks great!

They did an excellent job. they were on time, their price didn't go up the price they quoted was the price we paid, they didn't leave a mess, they left everything clean and the paint was excellent. They just did a excellent job, I highly recommend them. They were polite and courteous.
