The job went extremely well and the end result is beautiful. The cost was about $19,000 for about 20-21 windows, plus a slider.

Windor salesman Jason sold me the windows but said Windor couldn’t install them but recommended a contact who he claimed was licensed. The contractor was not licensed and Jason could not provide proof of licensing. I cancelled the windows.

The sales and service were very professional and helpful. The quality of the windows and installation was excellent.

Complete install took 2 - 3 days in 2013. Recently had a maintenance call to do an overall health check of all windows. WinDor support has been outstanding throughout!

They came and did the replacement work as scheduled. Perfect!

We had these windows now for around six months. The experience was very professional. The crew showed up on time and worked two full days to complete the job. What a difference the new windows make. We live in the desert so wind and dust is notorious for finding its way through the crevices around the window sill and into our home. With the new windows our house is virtually dust free. I also opted for thicker glass in the master bedroom (for a nominal up-charge) to block out the neighbor's barking dog and it was definitely worth it. One of the main selling points of these windows was the metal rollers and heavy duty window locks that lock automatically when the window is shut. No need to check to make sure the windows in the house are locked before leaving for an extended period of time. When they are closed, they are locked. Also the fact that these windows are manufactured in Brea, CA makes it easy to obtain replacement parts that may wear out over the years. I highly recommend Windor for an affordable replacement window company.

Just recently a latch mechanism on the screen door broke. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me $85 to replace the part, they later called back and informed me the latch has been discontinued. I told her it was the screen door she thought it was the slider door. They informed me the replacement part is out of stock.

The entire process went ever so smoothly. Beginning with the salesman, Jeff Horash who was a very knowledgeable and pleasant initial contact. He left his card and said if there was anything, even further down the process to call and he would handle it. The installer, Miles and his team were conscientious, particular, polite and clean. The job site was never a mess and I kept hearing Miles reinforce to his team to be very particular about installation: " do it like you'd want it done on your house". The final job looks even better than I had hoped -- which is saying a lot. Ever so happy with the appearance, quality and how smoothly the installation went. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Cory, our sales rep, was very professional, courteous, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the kinds of windows available and evaluating our needs. He was forthcoming about costs, and told us about the "Hero" program for financing our purchase through our property taxes. He did not do a "hard sell" and gave us time (days) after his visit to decide on what we wanted. He even gave us a tour of the factory when we decided to purchase. I was impressed with this young man. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner, went very smoothly, and took 3 days because we have many windows. The installers did a very good, professional job and cleaned up well afterwards. The garden window was installed and the stucco was re-done promptly and looks good. They neglected to complete caulking around the office window (the last window to be installed), but after we called, they came out promptly and finished the window. A couple of weeks later, we had a burglary and the burglars tried to break our office window. They broke through one pane, but couldn't apparently break the other (so they kicked in the front door!). Speaks well for the windows! We called Windor, and they were very responsive about coming out to replace the window, as is their their policy, for any reason. Thanks, Windor, for a good service experience!

Everything from the sale to the installation was great. The crew was always on time, they cleaned up after themselves. We did have a couple of very minor issues with a couple Windows and with one of the locks on the sliding glass door. They had someone out to fix this very quickly. Would totally recommend them to anyone.

The installation crew was punctual and responsive. The office staff was polite and professional. Over the past several years, WinDor replaced all my house windows and exterior doors. I highly recommend them.

The service was great and our new windows are beautiful! (Double-paned, with grids). We wanted USA high quality vinyl and manufacture and were pleased to find that they produce and build in their Brea, California factory. The windows help with outside noise and we expect to see savings on our cooling bills next summer. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and we will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The person that came out to give the quote told us that they, "don't do doors" and said that he, "didn't have time to look at the windows." He only gave a quote for the sliding glass door replacement that came out over $5,600, this is crazy expensive and the whole experience was unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone waste their time even getting a quote from WinDor.

As stated Jeff and Gio did this project in 2 Days.. Both were very conscientious, hardworking, and I was very please with their professional work... would use them again in a heart beat.

It went very well were very happy about how the windows turned out. The guys were all business from the beginning with no problems what so ever. They even cleaned up any sorts of mess they made thank you for the great work windows look really nice.

Our 80-year-old house was in desperate need of new windows. Over successive visits, WinDor representatives were thorough in their inspection and measurements of windows. Our house had been flipped, so some recent window replacements/repairs had been made haphazardly; employees from the company conferred with one another to determine the most effective remedy and provide us with an accurate assessment. It was evident that the representatives took pride in WinDor products, sharing details and specs of their frames and window construction (and even inviting customers to visit the factory). With our initial impressions, Angie's List reputation, and their financing options, we proceeded with WinDor. Installation went smoothly and was very organized. With the exception of one individual who frequently blurted profanities (audible to our two children), the employees were courteous and professional. Once the job was complete, the foreman walked us to each window and made sure each punch-list item was addressed. Clean-up was subpar. While the workers spent time clearing most of the debris, there were used razor blades and discarded parts left in our yard, near the curb, and around the property. It has been one year since we've had our windows replaced. We had some minor issues with the door latch or windows, all which were promptly resolved by the company after we called. Overall, we remain content with the WinDor installation, service, and product quality.

These guys were great replaced the old windows with some better looking ones as well as replacing the glass door in the back. The guys were very good hard working real professionals and it was all done at a really good price. This company gets the job there was never any issues with them they knew what they were doing.

The initial consult was great, very informative and they had the best price of the 4 or so contractors I had bid. The 2nd measuring did not do what the sales guy stated. Instead of going around and measuring the the closed 1/8in like they said he simply verified the measurements that had already been taken. I do have to say the installation went well though, they said it would take 2 days to do our whole house but they ended up sending 2 crews so it could all be completed in one day. I love how the windows look and it is so nice having all of the windows open and shut easily. The low-e glass made a big difference in heat also. I also have to say the warrenty on the windows is nice also. About a year after I had them installed one of the windows in the master bedroom had a leak and was dripping inside. They sent out a repair guy who made a quick fix that week. The only down side is it took 2 more visits to make a permanent fix as the original worker had not specified that they needed to bring plywood to stand on (the window is over a shade structure) and a new frame. Frustrating as the problem was cause by not properly sealing the window to the house during installation. But now a year on no problems.

We wanted to replace the outdated 40 year old windows and sliding door in our rental townhome. We queried several neighbors who had already had similar work done. After comparing recommendations with Angie's list we selected WinDor to do the job. The homeowners association required written approval and a building permit. WindDor, having already completed several projects in the development made the approval process and acquiring the building permit easy. WindDor also worked well with our tenant in scheduling the measurement appointment, installation, and the city building inspection. On the scheduled installation day, three installers reported on time and completed the work in about four hours. They were in uniforms ( actual employees, not subcontractors). They were professional, helpful, and very neat in completing the installation. Everyone I interfaced with: Jeff Horash Factory Representative, Paulina invoicing, and the three installers were helpful, professional and responsive to me. .We are very pleased with how the project came out and overall it was a positive experience. We would recommend WinDor to our friends.

I rarely give a five-star review for anything, but felt compelled to do so in this case. From the beginning, Stefan (the estimator) was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He worked within my available hours to come and do the initial estimate and the second follow-up. At no time did I feel rushed, or pressured to take any add-on extra or to alter my plan of action. After he left with a signed contract, I had a couple of additional questions I'd forgotten to ask and he immediately returned a call I left on his voice mail. Win-Dor is excellent at working around YOUR schedule and have installations, estimates etc., on Saturdays which is amazingly wonderful for me! About two weeks after that, I received a call from Win-Dor scheduling to have a team show up to do an intensive re-measure of the space to ensure accuracy. I was provided with their names... wow, exceptional service! I was also provided a time for the install. They were also there on time and were willing to come after work so I could be there. Shortly after that, the call came from the scheduling office to remind me of the date of installation. The follow-up is wonderful. I appreciated the extra due-diligence. Two days before installation to ask if the install time I'd been provided prior could be moved up a bit earlier in the morning and I was elated. That worked perfectly for me and I appreciated the opportunity to change it. I asked that the team call before arrival so I could be ready and they did... just as the other two teams that visited did. Install morning, they called, arrived on time, and started right off. David and his Anaheim team were great. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up after step. We have a pool very close to the installation and not a single piece of "stuff" ended up in the pool which was amazing and appreciated! They were a great team of four who'd obviously worked together before. They had it all down to a science and efficiency. Took a bit over three hours to take off security wrought iron bars, remove a 40+ year old sliding glass window and screen, alter the existing frame to accommodate the new window and screen and frame it all in. You'd never know they were there. My floor inside was spotless and pieceless and the outside equally spotless. I'd recommend Win-Dor to ANYONE who is looking for a quality product and team. It's so appreciated to have done what was contracted and to have an amazing customer service department within the operation. Thank you!!!

No pressure when I visited the showroom. Called later to get an in home review and price quote. Again, no pressure from the sales person. Called a few days later to sign the contract and a final measurement was scheduled. The measurements were taken and an installation date was set. Installation went very well, the windows are great and I'm happy. The installers were careful and didn't damage my home in anyway.
