Several other companies we tried prior to them were unable to even come up with a plan that worked with our difficult slope and landscape. My experience with Timeless Pools was exceptional. I needed a complete refresh of my 40 year old pool and equipment. Tom and Cindy were great to work with, helped me pick materials for the coping, pebble tech, and tile, as well as pavers for the deck. Although I kept the same shape as my original pool, Tom designed a beautiful Baja shelf with umbrella holes and recommended bringing up the deep end from 9’ to 6’ (less water, less chemicals and less pool pump time). The new lighting design adds so much ambiance to the back yard at night. They did a great job answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, always giving attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing to work with people that are responsive, professional, and most importantly honest. My pool renovation was completed on schedule and they did an outstanding job! I can't say enough about this company other than I recommend them very highly!

When we met Colton and Tom from Timeless Pools, we were immediately struck by their professionalism and experience. Having built hundreds of pools in California, they expanded to Utah. Their expertise and dedication to their craft were evident, and we were confident they were the right choice for us. Building a pool is a significant investment, and it is like building a house, with all the plumbing, electrical work, foundation, and finished work. Their crew are indeed artisans, and we were deeply impressed by their meticulous attention to detail, always with levels in hand, ensuring everything was perfect.
