TAURUS TERMITE INC

They were supposed to fumigate the new house I bought. The person that came to do the inspection did not note all the details of the house (such as there was a shared wall with the neighbor so I would need a release from them) -- so the paperwork was not ready by the time the fumigation was scheduled and we had to postpone. The neighbor asked that we fumigate over the weekend because he runs a day car. We rescheduled to the weekend and Taurus again did not have their act together and did not secure the release in time. The neighbor got upset, and instead of letting me know in advance they call me in the last minute saying they would not be able to do the fumigation.... So disorganized. So the fumigation had to be postponed several times, causing me a lot of headache and money. I called the company several times before each scheduled time to make sure everything was handled and prepared and was assured it was, but in the last minute they would call me and say they could not fumigate because the neighbor would not sign the release, or because they could not take the tent down by a certain time, and instead of trying to resolve the issue they would just walk away. I contracted another company and they took care of everything right away, had no problem with the neighbor, had no problems with the releases, and did the same job for less money and much less headache.

I rate them highly. They did a very good job. I'll definitely use them again.
