Our air conditioner went out after 5 pm on Friday and I started calling different company's and l got ahold of a live person and scheduled a repair for Saturday. They came out and were very professional and courteous. They got the air condition up and running and we are back in business. Could not be any happier The other company's have yet to called back. I now have a great heating and air conditioning company that I can rely on and and Aaron the service technician was great

Mike and his team did a great job installing insulation for my attic. I asked him to look at my office converted from my garage. He patiently removed the ceiling mounted speakers to get access to the tight ceiling and installed additional insulation there. Then he carefully re-installed the speakers and everything was done perfectly. His team cleaned up carefully afterwards and the place was cleaner than before they came!

The service was outstanding start to finish (from making the appointment, to the on-site servicing and post-appointment follow-up to make sure I was satisfied). My system is over 25 years old, so I know I need to think about replacement, but I'm just not ready yet. So I wanted to make sure it was still safe and running as efficiently as possible. Daniel (Sr. Technician) came out and took time to very thoroughly answer all my questions. He first checked my current cooling efficiency. Then partially disassembled the blower unit to check the furnace for cracks/holes/leaks using a scope camera, and replaced the filter. He then checked coolant level and efficiency of the condenser, and cleaned the box and washed the coils. He also checked the condition of the air ducts in my attic. And before leaving, he checked the efficencly again (the AC was now runing 10 degrees cooler). I was so impressed, I decided to sign up for the semi-annual maintenance program.

I saw the ad and it was good. I was satisfied with it. They service us twice a year. The service fee was when I purchase it. We like them because we haven’t had any problems with them either the heating or the air conditioning. They are good but I wouldn’t say excellent.

I looked up the internet for the price of the part and they it was high. When I called them, they did the full amount. They erased the charge. I became a member of their company. They are very courteous and professional. They leave out their shoes and check everything. They check the whole system and clean everything out. They come twice a year. I am happy with their services. I had an awful experience with my previous contractor.

I first called on them to repair my heater after my brother referred me to them. They came out diagnosed the problem and repaired it at very fair cost. Service man told me about their club membership which has many good qualities about it. So we signed up for it, which also gives repairs to be done cheaper and better warranties. I was amazed with the services and the ?tune-ups? they do. They pretty much took apart the entire heater systems cleaned and inspected everything! We liked the work so much we got a quote for new ducts. Our house was built in 1959 and has very old ducts in very bad shape. We got a quote for just around $6,000 which included the asbestos removal of old ones and new cut-ins installed. They were fast and did a really great job. We recently got told of a HERO program that could help us get an A/C installed. We got a quote from S.C. and came in ranging from $11,000-$17,000. That would be for a HERO qualifying A/C unit with the complete install. I really like the guy that gave us quotes for all the work we?ve had done, even said there was a small flex in price if I needed it. I had a second estimate done by another company and it came in at $6,000. I sent that quote with all the info over to the estimator and there was no budge at all. So sadly I am about to hire the other company. The other company did the install at my in-laws so I?ve seen their work also. I was disappointed that Service Champions couldn?t compete with pricing. HOWEVER? EVER single employee I?ve dealt with on phone or in person, which has been around 8 employees, have been just the most excellent staff there is! If I had the extra thousands for the A/C install I would without a doubt hire them. Even with this I will also get a quote from them for any A/C Heater needs, I?ll just make sure to get a second quote too. UPDATE: The day after I wrote this review, the front office of S.C. called me to ask about my situation. They expressed how they would like a second chance and would like to send a manager over to my house to revise my quote I had gotten. The day after that I had the original person that gave me the quote, ask me for a second chance. I told them both that I waited a week after letting them know about the other quote and they I had already agreed upon a deal with a other company. They both asked me if I could back out of the deal so they could discuss the quote. I told them both no since I didn?t want to take the chance of backing out and having to go back still unhappy with the new quote. However I do appreciate how S.C. front office handled this, wanting to make customers happy. So I thought I would share that part and on how quickly they contacted me.

went serviceService Champions provided regular, 6-month inspections of my heater & A/C for several years. They were always prompt, courteous, and professional. I am not an A/C specialist, but they always appeared to be extremely thorough. My ONLY concern (and reason I stopped using them, and the reason that I am only rating them a "B" is PRICE. I paid $19 or $20 per month for the twice-a-year checkups. That's $228 - $240 per year. MANY others (some good, some bad) charge $60-$80 per visit = $120 - $160 per year. That extra $80 or $100+ /yr got me a guaranteed service call in an emergency, and a 15% discount on major services, but I never really used it - I just paid a LOT for their PMI service.

They are great and there service is excellent. We have been using them for about 4 years. They show up on time and they are really nice people. They treat their employees really well.

I have been using them about 5-6 years. We have a service agreement where we pay yearly and it works out well. It's a club membership agreement. We get good service for a good price. They call me twice a year to remind me and they are always right on time. They do thorough work and their cleanup is good.

They are excellent! They are the best in town and I highly recommend them! They are very professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable. They put down floor mats when they come in, wear booties, and they are very, very clean. Their pricing is also very competitive.

The come quarterly to service the equipment. They are awesome! They come in and do the job. They always ask when they are done if there is any other things I need done. If there is any extra work not including heating and air they will do it. They even came back on a Sunday to fix something on my heater that they was concerned about. I love them and will stay with them forever. My contract covers the screens, filters and service. They put booties on and a cloth at the door. They vacuum and dust when they are done working to make sure it is clean when they leave. They are A+++ in my book. I had some work done and the contractor installed a furnace but I was still cold all the time. I had called Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning for some other work and the gentleman looked at furnace and stated it was not correct unit. He stated he was going to replace it and give me a huge discount and kept his word. I was nice and warm after he installed the unit. We are working on getting the AC replaced next year.

They are very professional, clean and polite.

The service man was on time and efficient, no problems with the furnace but since it is 8 years old I did get their service agreement. Have not had any followup call and the furnace works great.

The people who put the new roof on, screwed up the air conditioning on the roof and I have to go after them. I would use them again in the future.

I have been using Service Champions for my air conditioning service for about 10 years. They began by servicing my existing air system and have since installed another one and service that one for me. They have a membership you can join for under $20/month which provides twice yearly check up and maintenance for your system and are very good about keeping you on schedule. This generally prevents you from needing any major repairs. When you do need emergency assistance, they are super responsive and will even come out on Sundays. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, personable and professional. They do their best to be neat and clean up after themselves, which is so rare. Their office staff are always friendly and helpful and someone answers the phone 7 days a week.

Service Champions is a shady company that takes advantage of trusting homeowners. Representative told my mother that both FAUs and coils (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) needed to be replaced. The quote was for $18,000 and did not include AC condensers. My mother signed the contract and gave them a credit card for payment. When I saw the contract, I called a general contractor friend and he told me that the contract price seemed really high (about double what he would have expected) and he had his HVAC guy come by the next day. The referred HVAC guy said both systems looked fine except for the coil for downstairs unit. The cost to repair the coil was $1,300. What was, perhaps, more disturbing (at least potentially) was that the second estimate (from HVAC contractor referred by my friend) to replace both FAUs, both coils, and both condensers (with comparable or better equipment) was only $12,000. So, $18,000 from Service Champions without condensers (one 5 ton and one 4 ton)...and from a reputable HVAC company $12,000 including condensers.

They did a wonderful job! They were very careful installing this unit. These guys were very polite and knowledgeable in their field. They made several follow up calls to make sure things were working properly and that we were happy with happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Everything went well. Our serviceman, Andy Marquez, was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced a motor in the A/C unit that draws the heat away from the compressor.

They had 3 guys who got right to it - they knew what they were doing. They arrived a few minutes late but finishd on schedule. The house was new when we moved in around January 1973. Right now the new euipment that they installed is MUCH better than the original equipment, ie the air flow is much smoother and the heat is much more distributed. These guys did the complete job in one day.

They beat the price of Avis Heating & Air, which had performed the price previously, and the technician didn't try to up-sell me into getting a whole replacement unit like the Avis rep. did. The only drawback was there was kind of a hard sell to get me into their regular service program which requires a monthly fee. I didn't bite...A subsequent issue arose later that summer when my condensate pump went out and flooded my living room ceiling. Due to excessive demand, they couldn't get a tech out and would have charged an arm & a leg to fix it. I ended up buying a new condensate pump myself and having an independent contractor my electrician recommended install it.

After we bought the units we signed up with Service Champions to keep the new ones up and running. They come twice a year to service them. We've found their people to be very courteous & helpful.

Tony, our service person was great! He was polite, friendly, and supportive. He came back a week later to tweak the opening and stayed to make sure the temperature in the hall and in the room was perfect and still assured us that should we desire it, he'd be happy to tweak it again. Again at no charge. We pay a monthly membership fee and we get great service and a discount on any parts or products we may need. They have been Our Service Chapions for the last 8 or so years and we are very happy.
