I have nothing to compare the price to. The quality is outstanding.

I'm just about ready to have them do a cleaning before it gets really, really hot.

They are very professional and good. They are not cheap. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the staff. They wore uniforms and they had the booties on. They were very service orientated. They obviously trained all of their staff and customer service. In fact, all the technicians were like salesmen. On price, I think it was kind of expensive. On punctuality, they were right on time.

They were good. They were fine. They are very professional and did a good job. I think retail price but fair price.

I have a contract with them. I always use them. Everything about them is an "A". I would absolutely use them again.

I have been fine with them. I have had them for years and they have been great. They come out twice a year to uopdate my system. I pay $20.00 for their service plan and they come twice a year. They are not the cheapest but everything costs way too much.

Every person from this company was very friendly and professional. From the first minute to the last I felt that I and my home were respected. It was a big job and yet only took 2 days—removal the first day and installation the second day. The ducting was constructed on site and all connections reinforced three ways. When my city inspector visited to evaluate the job he was very impressed. He said it was very rare that he didn't have to call a company back to fix at least some small detail up to code. The quote was higher than I expected but I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I also purchased a service agreement. They will come twice a year to change the filters and check the equipment. So now an important part of my large older home is worry-free!

They came on time, were very polite and pleasant. It took only about 30 mins, nothing wrong with it just a basic service.

They are great. I pay $9.95 a month for, it's like an ongoing thing. It is like a pre-paid tune up every year, then if you need anything big. There was something making a rattling noise and they could not replace the part. For whatever reason they could not find one. So they finally found one; it was a mouse and the rattle went away. If it is not broke, don't fix it.

It’s like $20 a month. They’re excellent!

It was $8,000 or $9,000. We had a complaint about the initial install and they immediately came out and said, “oh yea, sure”, and they fixed it. Quality excellent. I think it was 2 guys. I think they did it in a day. They’re knowledgeable, well experienced, professional and courteous. The area was left unbelievably clean.

Miguel Fernandez and Frank were my technicians. They were very courteous and detail oriented. They were extremely clean! It was a great experience.

They were awesome and did not pressure on repairs. They left a list of things to go over with my husband. I am really happy with them. I have had the air done and I am going to have the heater done as soon as I get a paycheck.

Right now I have a contract with Service Champions. I like their service. I went with them on a major replacement but I'm not sure I got the best price in terms of what others would have charged for the same type of work. I'm going to maintain the service agreement I have with them in terms of their pricing for their service.

It broke down 2 years after. They went way beyond our expectations to make things right! On June 30th one of the zones that Service Champions installed two years earlier stopped putting out cold air. We called for a repair appointment and were told that they could have someone come out in 12 days--AT THE EARLIEST. Since it was VERY hot outside, we laughed at their lack of concern for our well being and immediately called a different company, who had someone out to fix the problem the next day (for $423).Then, the unbelievable happened...we got a call from Roni at Service Champions who said she read about our problem on Angie's List, and how very sorry they were that we had not received better service. She offered to have someone come out right away to fix the problem, but we explained that we had another company take care of that already. Then, she apologized again AND OFFERED TO PAY FOR ALL OF THE REPAIRS DONE BY THE OTHER COMPANY!!!!! Yup, that's right...they actually gave us a check to cover 100% of the cost of the repairs--and didn't even ask us to change our review on Angie's List (we are doing this on our own).I have NEVER had a company follow up and make amends like that. We are overwhelmed at the level of service.So, we are updating our review to reflect the follow up and compensation we received. Humans make mistakes--it's a given. But, very few people own up to their mistakes like Service Champions did. We are very impressed, and will use this company again.

Much better than last time. If you look at my previous review, you will see I was unhappy with them. In fact, I said they were unethical. I would like to apologize and revoke that comment. Service Champions General Manager John Hoven contacted me when he learned that I was unhappy. At first, I wouldn't even talk to him. He persisted and said he wanted to make things right. He arranged for a supervisor (Aaron) to come and install the compressor saver on my AC unit and measure for installation of insulation in my attic area, ALL FOR FREE! Today Mike Sanchez installed the insulation. Everything went smoothly and everyone was polite. Afterwards I called them to renew my service agreement. Thank you for restoring my faith back into your company. Also good deeds that Aaron helped me with, was to remove a very large mirror that was attached to a dresser.

It started out fine, although I have had trouble with them before. When I bought my system, I felt that I had paid way too much. They worked with me and we negotiated a compromise. I have a service contract with them to come twice a year to do an inspection. They did an inspection in the winter and this was my first summer inspection. I bought an entire new system last year with new AC/ heater, air purifier, and new ducts in the attic. I mentioned to today's technician my disappointment in the past of the price and that I felt the system was way more than I actually need. I also said that my electric bill has gone up ever since I got the system. He did the inspection and then told me how if I add a certain part it would help my machine to run more efficiently. That part was about $300.00. I questioned why wasn't it included when I bought the system last summer (for $25,000, which was the reduced price after negotiating). He said this was to add to make it more efficient!!!! Then he went in the attic and told me I don't have enough insulation! I questioned that too, since they were the ones who installed it last July. He also told me that the "blue lights" for the air purifier would need to be replaced in a couple of years and that they were expensive. I questioned what the warranty was about. Bottom line, I felt that I was getting "milked" a second time! I am actually still mad about the deal from last summer and this just added insult to injury. After he left, I called the company to cancel my service contract, I do not want to feel like I am being manipulated every time they come to do a "Free service call". They asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and I said "no". The manager called me later, but I did not pick up the phone. They said they want to make things "right". I don't believe they do. I feel like they are a bunch of smooth talkers and I've had enough of it.

I had service champions tune up my a/c for $69.00 in the summer by Mr. J. He did an excellent job and really cleaned up my unit. Asked service champions to do the same to my furnace this winter Mr. C came and started yelling real loud and asked my 4 times if I wanted to buy his monthly service for $15,99. I told him no every time. He said he calibrated my heaters and took pictures of the furnace. I asked him to show me the pictures because he said I would be having a problem if it over heated again. Yes, It blew up a capacitor 3 years ago and I replaced it . When he showed me the pictures of my furnace he had to scroll down his pictures to show me a burned mark on a furnace. It should of been the first picture in his phone. He tried to sell me a new furnace. His report came back with large case letters again, yelling at me in a report. saying carbon monoxide can kill you if you do not buy a new furnace. I called two A/C companies and they both said Service Champions technicians make a large commission if they sell A/C units and furnaces. Both companies said nothing was wrong with my furnace but my ducting work is old but not leaking. Mr. C. said my ducting was recalled and had leaks all over the place. I went up into the attic when the other companies were up there with Joe and he said he could not find any leaks or even tracks that he walked around up there. I will never trust Service Champions in my house again. If they say you need a new unit. Please have a second opinion on their claim and have them put it in writing not an email. My email document disappeared from my mail box. Look at all the bad reviews and it will show a pattern of how Service Champions wanting to replace units instead of fixing them. Now they want to replace all duct work and put in a new blower for free. I still do not trust this company and will not let them into my house.

I've been a homeowner for about 40 years. This was the best contractor experience that I've had. They arrived as promised and performed the work in a professional manner. All work was performed with excellent quality. They had all the materials they needed, and finished the job in the time they had noted. They cleaned up completely after they were through.

They notified me of a maintenance special discount if I would allow them to come out in a certain time frame. I took them up on it and was happy to receive excellent service and they did more than I ever expected. They actually took apart the whole furnace!!! Who does that? Didn't try to sell me new equipment, but offered good maintenance to keep it going for a lot longer. Very pleased with their performance and professionalism.
