Description of Work: Replaced existing furnace with new furnace/AC combination unit, installed new condenser in yard, new programmable thermostat, replaced grills, checked ducts for leaks. Outstanding service from initial contact to final installation. This contractor is an A+. I have 35 years of professional experience with all levels of contractors from the largest commercial and public works to the small residential contractor. I can say without hesitation, these guys are one of the best I've worked with. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

I went over some issues I've been having with him and he said he would have a Service Manager get back with me for resolution. |To date, I have not heard from anyone. | |In 2009, your company installed a new air conditioning system for me. I've been a loyal customer and Gold Member paying the monthly fee with many service calls on my former system. Of course, the new system was to have a 5 year warranty. The system was leaking refrigerant and your people were here many times refilling the refrigerant and stating that they were not able to locate any leaks. I paid for lots of refrigerant and service calls during these 5 years of warranty. Of course, as soon as my warranty was up, one of your service guys offered a service for $422 to find the leak and fix it. I can't help feeling that this was orchestrated by your company. He found the leak and then offered a coil replacement for $2900. | | This clearly should have been found during the warranty and I should not have had to pay what I have ended up paying. When I spoke with Mark in Customer Service, I asked for some sort of break on the $2900 fee for replacing the leaking coil since it should have been found during the warranty and such a service was not even offered. As I said before, he claimed a service manager would call me back and I have not been contacted. | |While I believe that I should be reimbursed for all of the service calls for leaks since the installation of my new system, I will settle for a refund of the $422 charged to find the leak after the fact. I expect |your check presently. Please do not make it necessary for me to contact any authorities. I have read that your company does not have the best reputation. Description of Work: They installed a new AC very quickly and they did a great job. There was a leak and they came back and took the AC off and resealed everything under it and then reinstalled it. They also replaced the ceiling in my hallway because there was a leak that did some damage after they installed the AC. They fixed it with no problems at all!

Description of Work: New furnace and duct work. Finished fast, same day. Only problem was they didn't respond when I had some questions. I didn't know a high efficiency furnace would leak water all over the center of my patio. I wanted an answer to a simple question and they wanted to schedule a technician for a week later. Office staff was less than professional. Price was high but convenient timing.

The outside A/C we ordered was out of stock, they immediately upgraded the unit and explained why. We are extremely pleased with this company, putting the customer first. From the main office to the field representatives, these are true professionals.
