PELLA PRODUCTS MANAFACTURED AND INSTALLED 3 EA. DOUBLE DOOR CUSTOM SCREEN DOORS. THEY HAVE SUPPLIED US WITH WINDOWS IN 93 AND WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THERE WORK SO WE HIRED PELLA FOR THEIR SCREEN DOORS. THEIR COST ARE HIGHER THAN YOU WOULD FIND AT A HARDWARE STORE BUT THE QUALITY AND SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL. DURING INSTALLATION OUR DOG DAMAGED A SCREEN IN ONE OF THE DOORS. THEY REPLACED THE SCREEN AT NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: PELLA PRODUCTS MFG. AND INSTALLED CUSTOM SCREEN DOORS ON 3 EA. FRENCH DOORS IN THE REAR OF OUR HOME.

WE WERE VERY PLEASE WITH THE QUALITY AND APPEARANCE OF THE DOORS. THE INSTALLATION WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE INSTALLERS DID A SUBPAR JOB AND WERE AMBIVOLENT WHEN CONFRONTED ON THE INSTALLATION ISSUES. THE PELLA SALESPERSON CAME OUT AND INSPECTED THE JOB AND AGREED THAT IT WAS DONE POORLY. THEY SENT A NEW CREW OUT TO FIX THE INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: PURCHASED 1 SET OF FRENCH DOORS, 1 FRONT DOOR, AND 1 TRANSOM; PRICE INCLUDED INSTALLATION.
