I hired them to power wash my almost new pavers from water stains and few spots near the BBQ area. They tried many times with no success. Basically, the did nt do what I hired them to do. So I requested a refund, never heard form them again. what a scam business.

Would love to give a 0 star rating if I could. Longer review, but if anyone sees this review of my experience with this company and chooses not to hire KC Power Clean, then I can be happy with that. Essentially, they scammed me out of $3000 and attempted to scam at least another $3000 minimum. We had initially hired KC for their sandblasting service to remove paint from our ceiling. When I first spoke with the sales department and was connected with a senior estimator, I was told that the job should be finished within one day, but to book a second day for spillover work and touch ups, just in case. Sounds good here! I later come home from work and was expecting to see 85%-90% of the ceiling done and that the rest would be finished the following morning; however, to my surprise, I go into the room to inspect and see that not even 30% of the job is completed and the portion that was done was also shoddy work. So then at this point I'm calling the company line to find out what happened and why the job was not completed as agreed upon, trying to get a hold of anyone (granted, this was after 6pm that I finally got home so I can see why it was challenging to get someone on the phone). I finally get a hold of someone from the appointments/scheduling department, and all they say is that I was booked for a two day job and said I need to talk to the sales department. Get transferred to sales, talk to someone else who can't provide answers, get put on hold then they hang up. Have to call back and yet another person who only says they have to review the recorded phone calls, can not give more info and we end call. 30 minutes later and someone that said he was the senior sales manager calls me to apologize, etc. We get to talking and this is where the customer service really shines! He continues insisting that I agreed to 2 days of work, even though I told him the real issue is that I was told repeatedly by multiple people within their company that the project would only be 1 day of work and that's why I went with them. He then proceeded to not take any responsibility for the people who I'd spoken with prior. He said, " I don't know why the sales rep told you it would only be a 1 day job. I don't know why the technician would come to the home and tell you it was a 7 hour job. We still have a contract for the second day so we can still get the job done, so I don't know what the problem is. Maybe your wife and brother misheard and misunderstood what the technician was saying. " Really?? Way to not have any accountability and take any responsibility at all and even to blame my wife and my brother as the problem in this situation?? He then says, If I had looked at those photos you sent us, I would have told you that it was a 2 day job. It is a no-brainer. Lol okay, so I say, Well that is fantastic, but if I was told it was a 2 day job to begin with, I would not have hired you guys because that would have been more than I wanted to spend on this project. He then insinuates that I am only calling and upset because I cant afford to pay for them to finish the job. He says, Well I dont know why you would sign the contract when it says 2 days, and you cant pay that much for the work. Exceptional customer service, truly. At the end of the day, after two hours of back and forth calling to try and understand what happened, it appears to me that apparently everyone in the company who I did not have the pleasure of speaking with knew that this was a 2 day job and for some reason I am the only one who was under the impression it was a 1 day job (even though I was told by both the sales estimator and also the technician it was a 1 day job). So I fired them and will be continuing the project with someone trustworthy. Save your money and save yourself the headache. D...
