+ -1 moreService was great and I'll be giving them additional business to replace my panel next week. Charge was $108 to fix the breaker and make recommendations on the new panel. No pressure to replace panel. They suggested we should because someone tried to fix it before and didn't do it properly. This company is honest and that's why I'll be buying a new panel from them.
Description of Work: My parents house had a breaker issue where one room and another outlet was not working. I called them and they sent out Jim to look into the matter. He was able to quickly remedy the situation and restore power and he did recommend a new panel and explained approx cost to replace. He also gave additional information about space heaters and overloading the breaker. I called several other electrical companies and they wanted to just PUSH hard for a new panel without even coming to diagnose. Now, I was in a real bind, this was my parents house and I am leaving out of state. They didn't try to push a new panel...they just came in understanding my situation to fix it to restore power to the rooms that were affected. I'll be sure to call them once I return to upgrade the original panel from my house. Honesty is the best policy.....so I'll be a returning customer.

+ -1 moreOur experience with this contractor was horrible. He was rude, arrogant, unresponsive and did not honor the Angie's List price he promised us. He showed up to do the job and proceeded to yell at my husband on the phone about how the job site area was not ready for him. My husband was at work and there was nothing he could do to help out. Jack proceeded to get angry and my husband told him to leave our property immediately and not to do the work. Jack was disrespectful and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Stay away!
