Description of Work: Did not show in the window time |Called and they had to research |They called and asked if |He could come out after 1pm |I agreed I pulled down the fan he just had to hook up the electricity |I asked him since he was there could hookup another one for extra fee |He said no even thou I took down the old one and assembled the new one |

Mr. [Member Name Removed], Your absolutely correct, we did not meet the time window for your appointment. Our sincerest apology for that. Occasionally, there are things beyond our control that cause this to happen. He did arrive at a later time that you agreed to. You did ask if he could do more work at that time to which he explained to you that he didn't have the extra time to do the extra work you had requested and could come back a later. You yourself could see what that would do to all the other appointments for the day. We pride ourselves on our work, professionalism, value of our product, responsiveness, quality, and punctuality. In all but one of these (which we have apologized for) did we not give YOU 100%.
