Description of Work: Washer dryer outlet was not working. I don't know anything about electrical, so Jack walked me through the various scenarios of what the problem could be. He even offered for me to send a pic via text message. It ended up being a simple fix and he did not need to come out! All for free! What a nice guy!!!

Description of Work: We hve been using them since 1986, and won't call anyone else. They have installed an A/C unit, upgraded our panel, did some wiring for our computer, put lights in the kitchen, put in ceiling fans in bedrooms and the attic, replaced bathroom fixtures, fixed outlets, and installed malibu lighting outside.

+ -1 moreThe lights in the kitchen stopped working when I tried to change a light bulb and the light broke in the socket. I asked them to come out to fix the problem. He showed up on time, he was able to remove the broken bulb then determined that the problem was the broken bulb shorted out the dimmer switch. He had the proper dimmer switch in his truck and he replaced the dimmer switch, it all took less than 1/2 of an hour.
Description of Work: They replaced a faulty dimmer switch.

Jim came in, we told him our problem, he checked everything out, found the problem, it was a minor fix, took care of everything and he was done. We were thinking the worst. Jim was very helpful, did the job, explained everything to us, and was done. We will use them in the future. Very pleased that we found them thru Angie's list.

His employee Jim Iriye recently installed ceiling lights in my master bedroom. Their work is excellent, professional and fairly priced. They are careful with their work. Clean up after themselves and always answer their phone calls promptly. It's a pleasure to do business with them! I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors and my son who have become their loyal customers like me.
