This service was the biggest bait and switch I have ever experienced. We used this provider because they said they provided a 10 year warranty on their work. What they failed to disclose is that they only give you a warranty if they clear your entire house at the end of the work. We knew there was mold in one wall in the kitchen and called them to remediate. They did tests on all the rooms in several areas of the house, and provided a quote for the remediation. We approved and started the work. We had to stay out of our house for a week while the remediation was taking place. They then told us they found mold in a second wall and wanted another $1000 for that, which we approved. Upon completion, they cleaned nothing up. We were not aware that we'd have walls exposed to the studs as every other bid included re sheet rocking the wall. Then they left up taped plastics everywhere which tore the paint off our walls and required us to repaint 4 walls at our own expense. They said that they were not responsible for ancillary damage, and yes, that's on page 3 of the fine print in the contract so make sure you know that. Then they said that to give us the warranty they had to retest. Magically, they decided to retest the three areas they originally tested, which all came up clean. However they also decided to test 3 new rooms upstairs that they had never previously tested and they came back showing airborne mold spores. They then refused to give the warranty unless we spent another $2,500 with them to remedy airborne spores in those rooms. I started researching and found commercial products that would do the same job and are proven to be just as effective for about $150. I made multiple calls to the company to lodge my complaints and tell them I thought they should either grant the warranty or do the additional work for less than $1,000. They refused and in fact never returned a phone call. I had to call them multiple times and demand to speak to a manager each time who told me she didn't have the authority to approve what I wanted, but also refused to allow me to talk to the person who did and then never even had the courtesy to call me back after saying she would. This company is the biggest scam ever. Read all the fine print in the contract and expect them to hide behind every bit of it. Even as they do additional damage to your house. Don't think I've ever felt so scammed by a company in my life. Avoid this company and find someone else. And make sure you do a ton Of research on mold remediation before spending a dollar.
