+ -1 moreTHE GUY WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS TO HOW OLD THE WASHER WAS, AND AS TO WHAT THE PART MIGHT COST. IT WAS PRETTY CLOSE TO WHAT HE SAID. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AFTER THE WORK.
Description of Work: THEY WORKED ON THE MOTOR OF THE WASHER.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EFFICIENT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, AND THERE ARE A FEW PROBLEMS THIS PAST TIME THAT CREPT UP, BUT THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE. THEY DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. THEY JUST SORT OF LEFT IT. SOMEBODY TOOK MESSAGES AND DIDN'T RETURN THE CALLS. THEY DIDN'T CALL AND INFORM ME WHEN THE PIECE WAS IN. THERE WAS ALWAYS A PHONE SITUATION. THEY DO COMPLETE WORK. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE JUST EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. THE GENTLEMEN ARE VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD. THEY WOULD GIVE OPINIONS ABOUT THINGS AND SEEMED TO BE HONEST ABOUT IT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A REPAIR ON THE REFRIGERATOR. A PIECE BROKE OFF THE FRIDGE.

+ -1 moreTHEY REPAIRED THE KNOB, BUT THEY CAME LATE BOTH TIMES. MY WINDOW WAS FROM 8-12 BUT THEY CAME AT 5PM. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART AND IT TOOK A WHILE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS FINE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE KNOB THAT TURNS THE DRYER ON AND OFF.
