Very dissatisfied with the quality. Layout was incorrect, installation had to be fixed 3 times, could not source the material that was listed in their contract, installed lumpy substrate to the synthetic turf, seaming of the synthetic turf is visible, damaged a newly installed front door threshold, ponding at the patio pavers, etc... I was told by Tom that "labor and their craftmanship is hard to find in the current economy." I have finally written a review as I am continually disappointed with the quality of their work every time I arrive home.

I can't say enough about this company..I first contacted the because I saw a parkway done with artificial turf in my neighborhood and found out they had put it in. I contacted Mike Carpenter and both Tom Kelly and he came to my house to talk with us about the job. (extensive remodel of front yard, hardscape with pavers for driveway, artificial turf for front yard). I ended up going with a local company and boy!!! Big mistake!!! After two months of an excruciating experience, I called Ecoworkz to finish the job on my front yard. They installed the artificial turf I wanted and Mike has become almost a part of my family He was so helpful and understanding about the mistake I made not going with them in the first place...The company is absolutely professional and their employees are top quality as well. Victor and his workers (Onorio and Leo) who installed the turf were not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful in wanting to make me happy with the job they were doing. Ecoworkz is the best as far as I'm concerned!!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! My lawn looks fantastic!! I love it!! Thanks Mike and Tom!!! P.S. I used to send anyone interested in artificial turf to the location where I first saw the turf so they could see how realistic and what a great job they did, even before I knew anything about ECOWORKZ........

I had intended to use EcoWorkz for my backyard landscaping but, apparently, they didn’t want my money. After going to their office and meeting Ingrid (who was helpful throughout my experience), their rep Mike came out to give me a quote. He measured and drew up the design plan (by hand) based on my ideas. He had me choose the turf and after discussing my paver colors and style, he told me samples would arrive the next day. After two days and still no samples, I contacted him by phone and left a message. When several more days went by without a reply, I returned to see Ingrid who then ordered the samples. The next day, the samples arrived and about an hour later I received a call from Mike. I told him I needed to look them over and would call him. The next day I called, and while discussing what pavers I wanted (and being told that I could only use certain ones - not the ones I wanted ), our conversation was abruptly ended when he had another more important call come in. He told me he would call me back that day. I received no call, so the next day I called again and again was told he was busy and he would call me back. That was two months ago. Never heard from them. I have since hired another contractor who gave me the pavers and turf I wanted and did it all for $1500 less than the quote EcoWorkz gave me. No hassles about pavers, everything done in a timely manner, and all of their help were pleasant to work with. I guess I should thank EcoWorkz for their lack of professionalism. The real irony is that I live in a brand new development where there are about 20 other new houses - all of them in need of backyard landscaping. EcoWorkz missed those opportunities, as well. The other contractor has done very well out here.

I looked up this company on Angie's List. A sales rep came promptly the next day after I called and examined and discussed the project. First, the minimal center placement was discussed. He explained the different types of artificial turf and the process of installation. We had a cement frame already in place (which saved money and time) but it was very irregular in shape. The rep carefully measured it and gave us a price. It was so reasonable that my husband asked about changing the design to include outer areas clear to the wall. My husband asked about the cost of adding a small putting green for our family. The rep explained the inclusion of flags and holes on the green. Again the price was reasonable. The company owner brought the contract the next day and the grass samples explaining the testing done on imported turf and that the turf we purchased was USA manufactured. I later looked it up online and was delighted with the choice. The crew and foreman came promptly 7 am early in the morning and began working to clear out the weeds, dirt, and grass. They worked efficiently with admirable teamwork until near 7 pm to finish the job. The area was left clean and undamaged. We are delighted with the clean look and the realism of the turf. We had a question about the city putting a permit notation on our architectural plan and I contacted Tom Kelly. He followed through with the city and promptly notifying us that it was not needed. I appreciate that level of professional response to inquiry. This is a well run and honest company to work with . My family is delighted with the results. The artificial turf is eco friendly, drought tolerant, and provides a safe environment for our little grandchildren. I would use them again,
