Prompt and very efficient. It ended up that I needed one screen repaired and they did that for me. Windows look wonderful .

They did an excellent job cleaning our windows. They use ionized water which looks like it’s bad and when they leave but magically clears up within an hour. Our sliding glass doors are so clean now you think they’re open and could accidentally walk through them!

If there is ever a complaint about the work they come right back out and redo it. They're very responsive, always try to squeeze me in if they can, and always let me know if they're going to be a few minutes late. They have mobile payments which makes paying their bill quite easy.

The windows looked ok. They didn’t take off some paint that was spattered and the interior sills were not great after cleaning, but for the money I guess I had to accept it.

The service was excellent. One window cleaner that we hired advertised "X number of windows for $X" only to find out they counted each window twice - inside and outside which resulted in extra charges. No such issue with CMT. On time excellent work and no hassle.

Alex and Nate were very professional and efficient. My windows look beautiful! So clean they are almost invisible. I liked that Alex checked their work a second time before leaving to make sure they hadn't missed anything. I'm very pleased with the service.

I bought a Groupon for $89 for 20 windows but with the Canyon 2 fire in our neighborhood I lost track of time with the excessive cleanup so its expired. CMT allowed me to use only half of the $89 and then charged me excessively for additional windows and left some dirty water drips the weep holes outside. I never received a concise itemized cost sheet even after requesting 2 or more times.

It went well. There was, however, a slight film on some of the windows.

The workers were polite and professional. They completed the job in 40 minutes. The windows were cleaned adequately but there were streaks here and there and some edges and corners were not cleaned that well. I did get a special price of $89 so based on the price I was completely satisfied. They said the regular price was $269 and I would not pay that much for the time they spent and what they did

They arrived on time but they counted my living rooms windows each one as three windows which I was not happy with. They charged extra for cleaning screens. I had to eliminate bathroom windows because they said I have over twenty windows which actually I have less than 20 windows. I had other companies clean my windows wwhich I never had problem with counting windows.They did a good job over all. They washed my garage door for free.

They arrived as scheduled and were very thorough. I was overall satisfied with the service.

I think without my feedback and request for re-cleaning, this would have been pretty sloppy. But Alex listened to my request and re-cleaned the window tracks & sills. Some of the tracks & sills are not clean because they simply took a dirty dry towel and wipe them. To do a complete job as advertised, they should use a damp towel and wipe the tracks and sills cleanly. That would have impressed me as a job well done. But overall, I spoke to Alex and he tried to clean it again although not good as I expected. Also, I think they need to change the towels. They use the same dirty towels for 30 windows and the dirt from the towel just reapplied to the sills. I would have been willing to pay more if they were more thorough. I think with a bit more training on how to do the job more thoroughly, the workers would have done a better job. People are willing to pay more if they are impressed with the service.

Excellent window cleaners. Worked deligently. I also had 3 windows that were badly stained by hard water sprinklers. This was an added cost, but worth it as I had windows cleaned twice before by 2 different companies and they were not successful. cWT cleaned them and got the stains removed. I was very pleased with their service and have recommended them to my friends! I hade my whole house done (48 windows)
