CMT Window Cleaning

As far as I know, Candee, the owner of the company, arrived on time and cleaned the windows perfectly. But she left me to put all my furniture back on my own. Am I wrong to expect her crew to put the furniture back? Don't think I am.

They did a nice job. They are nice people. The owner came and worked with the crew.

They re-screens on my windows. While they were there they mentioned they cleaned windows as well, so i had them do that, too. They cleaned 10 windows and a mirror for $100.00, I do not remember the cost of the screening project. They were terrific. They were on time, clean, and cleaned up after themselves. I plan to hire them again in the future, I was very impressed.

On time, pleasant, professional,screens look great and cleaned up after themselves. Have now booked window cleaning with them.

They did a good job and are very personable. One of the upstairs windows that was cleaned from the ground was broken. The person who manages the workers should go through and check all of the windows before leaving.

The lady was nice. She is paticular about windows broke into Windows. Our 3'by 3' window on the front door counted as 9 windows. So be careful how you count your windows. She had a couple people working with her. They were fast and polite. I had to have them go back over a couple areas and found a few more spots that needed to be redone after they left. All in all it was a good experience but if you want an all inclusive package and not a streak left when they leave then these guys may not be the ones for you. But if price is a concern and you just need the job done than they worked out really well for us in the regard.

We had to reschedule because they couldn't come out. I would have to be very careful in terms of being there with them. If I wasn't there with them, the windows would still be dirty. They said they cleaned the sides. They cleaned the sides after they brought the towel with them. They cleaned it at the same time. I told them to have their dirt taken away.

It rained the day after they came. So, it was a waste of money in my mind. But, they did a good job. They did not charge anything more. There were a few streaks. So, if they would have done a little bit better job on the windows, they might have gotten an 'A'

I added more windows to it. It also did not include the screen cleaning. It would have been an extra $100 but she broke a lamp. It was not a good experience. The price was pretty low so she became overwhelmed by the amount of calls she was getting. She was really stressed out. She got extra crew and she called back. She didn't tell me that she needed to get inside the house. I had plans to leave to get my son from school. They came inside and tried to work quickly around my schedule but she broke a lamp in my son's bedroom. It was not a good experience. I wouldn't use them again. I thought the windows looked really good. They only did the exterior. Even the next day, the windows were still not very clean. She tried really hard to accommodate the schedule. The pricing was average. Her stress level was definitely a turn-off. I was very calm but she was defensive about the timing. I think she overcommitted her company with that special. It was a good deal but I don't think she was ready to accommodate it.

They did not do a good job. They missed corners and I had to remind them, to go around after them to check the windows and they had to do quite a few again. They left one big window in one of the bedrooms. They did not touch that one. I would not recommend them to anybody. We paid $6 extra. The cost was too much for the lousy work that they did. As the owner of the house, we needed to see the work but not to walk behind them with every window that they cleaned and not to have them redo many of them. The owner came with 2 young men and they seemed to me like they were novices. I asked them if they had done it before and they said they have been doing it for 6 months. She was argumentative with me when I would say this needs to be redone. She said she thought they did a good job. The overall was not very good. They were punctual.

I bought an $89 big deal for this service and had mixed results. They charged $2 per window to do the screens, which is not included in the $89. More to the point, where we had expected a window to be an opening in the wall they counted it as each individual pane within the window. For example if you have a slider where half of the window slides to the left or right it counts as two windows. We had put new windows upstairs a couple of years ago and we had expected them to take down the original manufacturer's stickers that were still on the windows, but they didn't do that. In the bathroom where some of the windows had calcium on them from the hard water we have we expected them to get right rid of that, but they did not. It was as basic of a window wash as you could get. I would have expected them to say something about the calcium or the labels, but they did not bring it up. The biggest disappointment was the way they counted our windows; it was not what anybody would expect. When I go to the store to buy a window they don't charge me for two, just the casement. When I called to make an appointment they were right on top of it and were right on time. They were five minutes early. They showed up with a crew, they were prepared, they had their tools and they did not ask for anything.

They came on time and cleaned windows inside & outside. Asked them to clean screen with $2.00 per screen. Candee and her crews were very nice, professional and I am sure I'll ask them to come again. Also, my neighbor ask them to come to his house for window cleaning after watching my windows were so clean.

The team arrived when they said they would. They were very careful and did a great job on cleaning my windows and screens.

Did not realize that I have to pay extra for the screens and I had to direct them to clean the sills which were very dirty.

A lady called who was very rude. She had no idea what coupon I bought, or who I was. Then seemed surprised what I purchased then she told me no one could do the work till December. I told her no thanks and asked for a refund. She told me she could not do it, though she was paid. Now I have to chase someone down at AL.

Two guys showed up at the house on time and ready to work. They were very nice. They cleaned about 20 windows and screens, and the windows and screens were, indeed, very clean when they were finished. The deal I got was supposed to include cleaning of the tracks and sills as well, and even with a quick glance I was able to tell that the tracks were not really cleaned. So I asked about it, showing him a few tracks where they had already cleaned the windows, and he did try to clean those. I was hoping that it would prompt him to take a closer look at all the tracks and sills and really clean them, but instead, he just cleaned the ones that I showed him and asked me if I saw any other places that needed more cleaning. But feeling awkward about pointing out every single track that was still dirty, I just let them go and finished cleaning the tracks myself. In the future I would consider CMT Window Cleaning again, but I would probably give someone else a try as well. Overall still a reasonable value for the price, but a little more attention to detail would have really left me impressed.

The window cleaner was professional and nice. He was "very" quick.... but discovered after he left maybe a bit to quick. The next morning when the sun rose and the morning light hit all the windows were smeared looking. Looked better before the cleaning....to be honest. Our windows were not filthy to begin with but was prepping the house for family coming for the holidays with crisp and clear windows. Unfortunately , now have the look when I try to do them so that is why we hired a company. Had used them before without disappointment... ... Since writing the review above I really recieved a call from Candy and is having someone come out to redo the windows. This is definitely a company that stands by their work and will definitely a tell be used in the future! Please consider them when planning to have your winows cleaned....

On the day they were scheduled, there was an accident on the freeway. They called and kept us informed of the delays they were experiencing, instead of just letting us hang like is usually the case. I was very impressed that they were concerned with their punctuality. When they arrived, they started work immediately and were very neat and professional. They did an excellent job, so we immediately signed up to have them do our daughters home.

Provider came in and checked all the windows. Came back with the cost. Then went straight to work. Team of 3 and very nice people. They worked very quickly. Washed the outside of the windows, inside of the windows and also cleaned each window mesh / grate. They were done with 30 windows in about 1 hour 30 minutes and really ensured they were all sparkling. They ensured everything in the way was carefully moved and put back in place. Very Professional. I can see the color out of my windows now. Will defiantly call them again.

very responsive and friendly. actual window cleaner was friendly but lazy. I paid extra for the screens to be cleaned. i was told on the phone that they would be taken outdoors and cleaned with soap and water. The cleaner cleaned each screen with just a wipe inside the bedrooms with no accord to the dirt falling on my carpet and being spread around the room. everything else was A service but that there really upset me.

They were very professional, punctual and did a great job. This is my second time using and I will do so again. Thank you so much!

It was not too good. They actually ended up messing up more screens than cleaning up. I was kind of disappointed. There were no additional charges. They just cleaned all the windows as the deal said. But, they didn't really take care of the screens when they took them off. They were actually very rough with them. So, I had to replace most of my screens. I wouldn't recommend them. The workers were okay. They acknowledged that they had made a few holes on my screens. They attributed that to the fact that my screens were old. They were just talking and weren't really being appropriate to it. I told them that and they said, "Well, we're trying our best," and that was it. I know that I wanted them to work fast and efficient. But, I think they could have been more gentle with the screens themselves. They should have been upfront and said, "If your screens are older than 10 years old, then we recommend not doing it," or should have let me know in advance that most likely my screens were going to be messed up rather than cleaned. I would tell a friend that they need to be careful. If they want to clean the screens, then they need to see if there is somebody else who is a little bit more gentle with everything. If not, then just be prepared to replace a lot of screens.

We were not aware of the additional cost for removal of water stains, of $10 per glass onone window, meaning one window cost $20, plus our windows were counted by the glass, so 1 window was counted as 3 because of the number of individual glasses.so.... Just save yourself the annoyance and read and reread the fine print. As for the "hard water stains" I later saw other such stains which I cleaned with windex and they came off easily therefore the added cost was not necessary. Further, there were lots of streaks which remain till today, yet were told they would dissapear when the windows dried.

Outstanding leader and team. On time, very efficient, and excellent quality work. They were particularly efficient because one was cleaning the inside of a window while his partner was cleaning it outside. Highly recommend.

I wasn't there personally when they were there. My husband handled it. He said that there was only two people and it seemed like the man was a bit upset a lot because he had to do all the "heavy lifting," while the woman handled the screens. It took longer than expected because of the small crew. We have a 2-story house with about 25-30 windows. When I got home I inspected a few of them and though they were OK, they weren't spectacular. Found a little more dirt in the traps than I would have liked to see. It had been a long time since they had been done so they were pretty bad.
