CMT Window Cleaning

It turned out great. I think they broke the screen, and they stated that it was broken already. They should have let me know. The four corners were totally cracked. The whole screen could not stand on its ridges. The cleaning was okay. They came within the time frame and called me. They're not professional at all because they should have told me about the cracked screen.

I have a high pitched roof. They came out on time and made an honest effort to do the work, but were unable to reach it with their tools. Luckily, CMT said my gutters weren't too bad and didn't really need to be cleaned out. I appreciated their honesty and their effort to do the work. Candee, in the office, was extremely helpful and kind.

They were very efficient and through. Very pleased.

They did a good job including leaning up afterward.

Not that great. I will not use them again. The job was not well done, I think. I don't know whether they just rely on the certain kind of water they get or they use actual chemical things that would remove water marks or whatever. Anyway, I hate to be so negative, but she charged me, God bless, I only had five windows, two needed ladders to be on and three sky lights, kind of a cathedral ceiling. That's the total of the job and she charged me, besides what I paid for the coupon, another $75. I was not at all happy. And they just really didn't put their whole effort in. I think they came from another job maybe two or three other jobs, I don't know. They weren't just quite up to what they could have done. I was gonna fight over the $75 but I just knew I wouldn't use them again. She charged me extra because the windows themselves have panes of glass. I said, "I'm gonna pay you extra for the fact that there's panes but that also means you will make an effort to go down the corner too because that's why a pane for a window would cost more money because you're gonna take a little longer to come down the corner where the panes to come together." They're not even individual panes. For quality, I'm talking about not having any method of getting the water spots or getting into the corner. She charged me extra for the so-called panes, however they didn't get in the corner. Like I said, I understand the panes take extra time that is if you take time to get it right. The place was not in good shape and she went going around and spotting off how horrible it was and on and on and on, how bad it was I need to new windows. I don't get it because I lived on a house that was built in 1972 and it has its original windows. And this house is built in 1990 and it has its original windows but to keep going on about you need new windows... so anyway I mean that she kept saying it to my daughter more than once. She went downstairs...so she doesn't have to keep listening to this woman grumbling. This is really hard but the fact is that it is not that many windows. And she charged us, I would mind it a little bit, but after she left, it wasn't done well. It is what it is and I am not a happy camper.

They worked very fast and did a great job. I would recommend and use again.

Window cleaning was ok, although they missed two windows. They "forgot" to bring window screen materials with them, so that work could not be done.

I was not happy with their work. When they came out and I went over everything I wanted to have done, they kept upcharging me for everything and I just felt that every little thing I asked for, they would tack on an extra charge. They also forgot to do an entire room and had to come back.

Yeah it was good it was good they were so fast I was observe everything they did but they came through so fast and did everything so quickly but everything looks good. They were good they were good but I just not perfect because I just they didn't do two of the things on the roof they didn't do the little details.

It was very good. There was no problem. The windows could have been a little bit cleaner.

They did an excellent job, but I paid almost double of what I have paid in the past.

Not too well. It was a special so the price was okay. They didn't seem to really clean the windows very well and they really never did figure out which windows they cleaned. They were okay.

Unfortunately, the tone of setting up my appointment was an indicator of what I'd be getting the day of the service. During the entire job, the owner seemed frazzled and rushed. It became quite evident that it was more about just how quickly they could get done versus doing a quality job. I'm really hands off when I hire someone through Angie's List because I've always encountered the best companies so when I had to start micro-managing the owner and her crew, it got so uncomfortable for me that I just wanted it to be over. For every issue I brought to her attention, she had an excuse rather than just trying to resolve the problem. When payment became due, she seemed confused because after I cut her a check from what she verbally told me I owed her, she came back to me three additional times saying I owed more which was troubling because it seemed everything had an additional charge attached to it and I had no way of verifying anything. After I expressed how unprofessional this was all she could say was that she forgot so I then asked for a receipt which she said she would e-mailI. As of today, I have never received anything from this company. I was really disappointed so much so that I felt compelled to write this review.

The employees were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, they did not prevent some streaking and left the sliding glass door screen still dirty. I had to re-clean the screen and wipe off some of the windows where there were streaks.

These guys are the best. No haggle service and an excellent job

We were very happy with this service. Candee was quick to answer my inquired and schedule an appointment within a few days. She and two workers arrived on time and quickly got to work. They completed all the cleaning in about 90 mins, which is pretty amazing considering the large amount of windows we have. They use de-ionized water, so any remaining residue evaporated without water spots. The finished work was excellent and it was beautiful to look out clear windows again. We had waited way too long to have them cleaned, we will definitely put CMT on a regular schedule to keep our house looking great.
