Description of Work: They did a very good job. They cleaned all the windows and were able to remove stains on the French door windows that I doubted could be cleaned.

Description of Work: I purchased the service and then called to make an appointment. At that time I was told that there was an extra cost for pane windows @ .50 per pane. I have 2 of these windows which would have cost me approximately $30 more. The coupon states Skylight, picture, bay and other specialty windows are extra. I have had windows cleaned before and no one has ever charged me extra for these.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I had to cancel the morning of scheduled service due to work that had to be done at my Mother-in-Laws. She died and we are in the process of readying her homes for sale. The customer service person was very unprofessional and spoke very rudely. She was the same way when I called to set up the appointment.

Description of Work: Very friendly and businesslike woman owner. Were able to replace a screen on the spot. Came back speedily since they had forgotten to put 2 screens back. Yes, very likeable.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of my windows. What was frustrating was when I called to make the appointment I was told there would be an additional fee for driving to my house, and an additional fee for if my tracks were too dirty. I refused the travel fee so they waived it. Luckily my tracks were not too dirty. I chalk that up to the window cleaning service I used two years ago who did a fabulous job. I will use that previous service in the future.

Description of Work: They washed all my windows and brushed my screens off, but none of my window seals inside or out were cleaned. I was disappointed when I had to go back and clean all my window seals inside and out. The cleaning of the window itself was good.
