Description of Work: They started off well and cleaned all windows, inside and outside. |However, after they left, I noticed that there were multiple long irreparable scratches on my large kitchen window that looks outside. I do not know if this happened to all windows, but it is a serious issue and caused me to lower their rating significantly because of the damage. I sent an email about this problem to their online feedback/rating, but received no response. I am very disappointed, especially because Angie's List recommended them.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean all of the windows (inside and out) in my single family home. When they were ready to leave I noticed that they missed the windows of the front bedroom. They also missed cleaning the tracks on the sliding doors. I payed extra for cleaning of the screens and was disappointed as they simply wiped them with a cloth, didn't really get them clean.

Description of Work: washed inside & outside windows, screens, wiped window sills. paid extra for exterior house wash. |Left side walks dirty. Left water running in one hose flooding neighbors driveway. Window sills left dirty. |Called and they returned with different crew and finished the job. Attitude was very poor about correcting the poor job.
