Description of Work: The actual work was excellent but the initial women was abrasive & didn't seem to know that we'd paid already for the cleaning of the screens also. They need to apprise the crew of what services were ordered & paid for!

Description of Work: After I purchased the Angie's List Deal, I contacted CMT and spoke to Candee to ask if they charged more for multiple pane windows. She said they did and the Deal didn't cover as many panes as I had. I told her that I had a total of 230 panes and she told me the price would be about $100, based on their rate of 50 cents per pane and the additional discount she would give me. When the CMT cleaners arrived they told me the price would be $100 PLUS the $89 I'd already paid. In my follow-up call with Candee, she was herd pressed to explain. I feel I lost the value of the Deal, and cancelled their service. I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: They we're very responsive and professional, but the job felt rushed. When they were done, there were still streaks on a few window exteriors and dirty water trapped in some of the window tracks, which meant that the drain holes were not really cleaned.

Description of Work: I bought the discounted price during the holiday season. Overall they did a good job and fast. Both workers were friendly and courteous. They could have perfected if they would try harder to get the dirt out of the tracks on the patio slide doors. Also when they dumped the dirty water from the bucket, they dumped right on the front walk way adjacent to our neighbor, very noticeable and complained by our neighbor. |

They also cleaned inside mirrors that are part of a vaulted ceiling niche...this was definitely a challenge but they figured it out and did an excellent job and were careful of artwork in the niche. They had excellent follow up and were very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased this service from Angie's List specials. I called to schedule a time for the service to come out and clean my windows, but it took two weeks for Cindy to get back to me and could not perform the service in the timeline I needed for an event at my house. She would not refund the amount and Angie's list will not refund either. I have to use another service in order to use the money I already spent on a service I did not receive. Not a good experience at all and I would not recommend CMT or to purchase any "specials" on Angie's list. Not great customer service by either.

Description of Work: The quality of the work was very good with some exceptions: small pieces of dried mat'l, one window bottom exterior not cleaned, another with areas of dried spots and 2 damaged screen frames. I spoke to the crew member who gave me the bill (I had add'l windows beyond the deal cleaned) to say there were water spots on some windows and was told they would dry clear. That was mostly true except for pieces of dried white material on the interior of a few windows. However, in different light at different times of day, discovered a large window had water spots in 3 areas and I later discovered the frame of a fairly new screen bent so that it no longer meets the bottom of the window and another screen frame broken at the corner. In fairness, I have not yet reported this to CMT, partly because of my prior experience with Candee. When I made the appt, she was booked out for a couple of weeks on days I was available. I was offered a Fri afternoon appt betw 12:30 & 2:30 arrival. I told her I couldn't be home until 1 or 1:15. She said that was no problem. Apparently she never noted this and left 2 msgs around 11:30 saying the crew was on its way and would be there in 15 mins and then the crew was there but couldn't begin without direction from me, as though I hadn't held up my end of the bargain. I had rec'd a confirmation of the original time frame via email 2 days earlier. Given the 2-hr window for arrival, I certainly wasn't expecting them to arrive before 12:30 (or even 1pm, per my previous advice to Candee). When I called while driving home after accessing my voice mail, the conversation wasn't pleasant. I did give her instructions on which windows I wanted cleaned. However, if I had been advised of the possibility of early arrival, I could have left instructions and not been upset. For the most part, the windows gleam. I did learn that cleaning the tracks means wiping with a damp cloth, not vacuuming. I vacuumed them all beforehand. Even so, I could have just used a damp cloth myself and done a more thorough job, so it's not much of a value. I would advise customers to do a walk-through before the crew leaves to check that all windows have been properly cleaned and no damage was done. I was advised of a torn screen, which I was aware of, on a 2nd floor window. I noticed another window cleaning company said removal of hard water spots was extra. However, I was not told that the large window with 3 areas of water spots couldn't be cleaned and I couldn't see it until I observed the window in morning light. Same with the exterior window bottom that wasn't cleaned. The next time I have my windows cleaned (this was my 1st experience), I will use another company for comparison. As I said, most windows gleamed, but there were other issues.
