Description of Work: Washed windows on a two story Townhomes. Charged extra to clean the screens. Had a three person team, so finished in 45 minutes. They were efficient and professional.

Description of Work: They did a good cleaning job but the price structure was not explained properly prior to ordering the service.

Description of Work: The people showed up right at the schedule time 8:00am. We discussed the amount of windows and that the screens would be two dollars more; I said fine. I have a 10ft. slider that was my main concern to get cleaned. The person told me it was done and I saw a lot of White Calcium still on the window; he said the seal was broken between the two panes and this was inside. I grabbed a piece od Steel Wool out of the Garage and the Spots came off. I was told this would take a Acid wash for additional money, I said fine but after checking there Truck, they did not have. All of the Windows were cleaned around the corners and they do use old fashion Elbow grease, everything is done with a squeegee. I had an expectation, these Windows would be looking like new but very disappointed in the finished product.

Description of Work: CMT was hired to clean windows, screens, tracks and sills. Upon completion, windows and screens were certainly cleaner. However after drying, I noticed some missed areas on the glass as well as most tracks were not cleaned. I sent pictures of the tracks to the owner who said that once the water drys, the dirt will blow away. I didn't wait, I took a towel and wiped down the tracks and sills.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my windows in side and out. The window screens were cleaned for an additional $2.00 per, screen. One tech worked the outside of the window while the other tech worked the inside of the windows. They were in and out in about one hour. I was very satisfied with the total process.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows but was told they clean screed the window jams however they did not clean after themselves as water on base board or window seals streaks from not just wiping Also screens did not look cleaned they just surface and anything u asked was additional fee

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" package to have the windows cleaned (inside and out) at my home for $89. It ended up being closer to $125 because of some additional work I requested, but it was well worth it. They showed up early in the arrival window I was quoted and did a thorough and professional job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Differently I will use CMT window Cleaning again. I also hired them to clean out our gutters (a very expensive service no matter who you have do it.) And they said that my gutters were in good shape and didn't need cleaning but for 2 feet. They are very honest

Description of Work: They did an ok job on the windows, but I had to have them come back and redo some windows that weren't clean. Also used a coupon but ended up paying a lot more for extra windows, so not sure it was really a better deal than any other window cleaner may charge.

Description of Work: I bought a deal in which the provider would repair four any size window |screens. They did an excellent job and I was fully satisfied with their |work.

Description of Work: Went well. Have had CMT with Angie's List once before. However did not realize that the deal was for FIRST TIME customers only. Candee Johnson of CMT was very nice about the misunderstanding, and the Angie's List representative that I spoke to made getting the refund very easy and stress free! Thank You! Will certainly keep using Angie's List!
