Description of Work: Phone calls are not returned - can not even schedule the work. Here we are summer is gone and we are in winter and no response from vendor. Only option remain is to reqested refund from Angie's list. Hope I get money back for work not performed.

Description of Work: The 1st time I used them was Sep 2014. They were excellent. Window sills & tracks included. Then I booked them for August 2015 and was told that I really didn't qualify for the advertised rare because I no longer was a "new" client. They honored the Angie's List price but I got 2 young guys who were obviously inexperienced so they didn't do a good job at all. I gave a good review based on the 1st job that I was so impressed with even though I was not happy with the 2nd job. I will use them again but will go directly through them to pay full price to get the excellent job I got initially.

Description of Work: Service was not as expected. Shades were pulled up but not pulled back down. Drapes pulled to the side and left there. Shutters opened and not shut. Person in charge knew it is difficult for me to walk or climb stairs but they left Venetian blinds up, shutter doors open, drapes a mess. Would never use this service again. The lady in charge was nice but service was poor.

Description of Work: They came in like a herd of buffalos. Charged all kinds of "extras". Threw my screens to the ground from the second story. Made a complete muddy mess of my patio. Cleaning itself is no better than average, or below. Grade of "C" is really too high.

Description of Work: Cleaned all windows interior and exterior. We were particularly pleased with an acid treatment they recommended on some windows with hard water stains for a minimal additional charge that looked great afterward.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the specials on Angie's List and when they arrived, I asked for additional services on our two-story home. Sandy and her crew are great. The extra things they did were my screens, 6 skylights and all of our solar panels (26). They work quickly and efficiently. Will be seeing them again.
