Yes the owner did stress out about the broken lamp, I felt bad and told you I would pay for a new one. I have never broken anything in 5 years on the job! This job was an outside only and we used a tucker pole and with a brush that does not smear. Could the smears be on the inside payne? Either way we can come out and reclean any windows that you feel are not exceptable. Please contact us at 714 326 6432. We are in your city about every 2 weeks and can clean them again if you like. Description of Work: They were to power spray and clean my decor stone on the ground. The owner's helpers complained and were very unprofessional. Their atire looked liked they were they to rob my home instead of helping with the power cleaning and one smoked in my back yard! I have asthma I had to leave so he could poison himself only. The helpers also kept insinuating a bout how it was going to cost more over and over. I just wanted them to leave.

I appreciate your grade "B" however I do not have one employee that smokes on the payroll. In fact I do not allow anyone to smoke on the property. Also the date of the work was Monday March 24 not June. Are you sure you have the right company since it has been almost a year since completion? I pulled the work order and I do remember getting brushes and our acid to clean the ground since the power wash did not get it up. We asked over and over if you were happy, I the owner know we did a good job. Thank you again for your imput.
