I was not home at the time. My mother-in-law reviewed the windows and felt a couple should be re-done, which the technician did. My mother in law paid an additional $10. I'm not sure if she was charged this, or if she offered it as a tip.

It went pretty good. The owner was very nice. Her helper that day was not great, he was not careful at all to avoid damaging plants or knocking things over with his hoses, but good help is hard to find. When all was done, the windows looked really good.

It went as promised, except when they tried to charge for the screen cleaning which I did and they had nothing to do with.

Terrific. On-time, actually early, courteous, neat, professional. He did a great job. He even took off his wet shoes before coming in the house.

Well for the most part The windowsills could have been cleaned better. My back sliding door was left wide open even though I asked them to keep them closed to prevent my cats from running outside!

Ok but the fence wasn't up to our satisfaction but we were unavailable to have it redone though they responded to come out and redo it

We had purchased a deal with them for window cleaning and when they came to the house they said they wouldn't honor the deal price because we were not first time customers, but they did say that they could offer us a better deal for all the additional work we included. No where on the details for the deal does it state that it applies to first time customers only. Otherwise we are pleased with the service. It went very well.

It went well. Team arrived on time and the job was completed in about an hour and change. I added some additional jobs and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Silly deal. What house has 20 windows. They did a good job on 1/10 of our house. Just like most Angies list deals, just trying to get a foot in the door to then charge a lot more money to do it right.

They did a great job except afterwards some of the screens were damaged. They said the screens were just old, which is probably true, but I wish I knew this ahead of time because I would've skipped some windows since I don't have time to measure and go out and buy several screens.
