Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in a two story house including 'dog stains'. They also turned a gray couch back to its original white color. Rich was amazing and responded quickly. He is a great communicator and I will continue to call him whenever I need my carpet or couches cleaned!

Description of Work: There was an up-charge of $40 to do the third floor windows even though they used the same technique for the second floor windows. They just used a brush and hose on a long pole, no ladder. The windows were cleaned but the frame and track weren't cleaned very well. I had to point out areas to be re-done. There was some paint over spray on one of my windows and they offered to clean it for $5, they ended up scratching the glass.

I'm sorry that you are not familiar with a water fed pole however this technology has been around for 50-60 years. It has the same results as a squeegee, in addition it is quicker than the squeegee. It does leave water on the ground but it is just water and will evaporate away, sorry you are unhappy.
