CMT Window Cleaning

I am pleased with the window cleaning part of it. They did a very good job, did it very quickly and the only thing that I was a little hesitant about is if I have them again. We have old windows in our house and the screens were hard to get in and out so I suggested that they might take them out and leave them for my husband to put back in and they said they can do it. Really it isn't that easy and one screen got torn and couple others may have been put back incorrectly so if I use them again I would have my husband take the screens out before they got here and had them clean them and then leave them and my husband put them back in because they're old and it's a little bit difficult. So, that was the only thing. Other than that, they did a very good job. They were very professional.

CanDee, the owner of the company, and two man crew did a great job! They were polite,courteous, and worked seamlessly between the re-screening, and window washing. (I decided to have the windows washed too, which was $36). The windows now sparkle, and the screens look great! I am extremely pleased, and highly recommend!

Three person crew. Female owner and two male workers. Performance was very poor. Windows were not completely cleaned. Broke several pieces off window frame or track. Any objects that had to be moved were not returned to their original position. Business Owner did not stay on site to over see project. She left to pass out fliers in neighborhood. She returned in time to pick up payment which was much higher than originally quoted. Will never use there services again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed! They had a special cleaning process for hard water on the screens and windows. The cost was approx. $2/screen. The price was disclosed openly to me before the work was completed and was very fair. They completed the work quickly with a team of three people.

Great. Windows looked good, they were done quickly. Appreciated their offer to clean window tracks next time for a reasonable fee, but we sold the house and moved to another state.

CMT offered a nice Angie's List "Deal." I got two other quotes of $500 but with CMT paid about $250 for the exact service I wanted because of this Deal. A courteous, competent "All-American" crew of three showed up. On the first day they did not have the proper equipment so had to come back the next day. However, I will use them in the future because: 1. To compensate for the inconvenience of their error, they washed my screens for free. Loved that! 2. They are used to washing the "Tall and Skinny" homes of downtown Huntington Beach. Another guy who bid was worried about the angle of his ladder, and would have just brought one other guy. CMT has long poles that shoot out ionized, streak-free water to clean the second-story outside windows, and they had 3 people. 3. Then included an hour of pressure washing and it completely cleaned off some black residue from the palm trees onto a stucco wall. 4. The owner, CanDee, communicated very well, and apologized for their not having the correct equipment, running late, etc. They were cool and comfortable with my dogs. Will use them again! Very nice company to deal with.

They were prompt and professional. They explained everything were upfront on the phone that extra dirty window sills and screens were extra. Staff were very nice when they came to the house. I will definitely use and refer them again.

Used an Angie's list coupon of $ 149 which covered 20 windows and 1 hour of water pressure washing. We needed more work done-- added screen replacements and had more windows. Also, the pressure washing took 2.5 hours in the backyard as the cement was very dirty. One workers did the pressure washing. Another one cleaned the windows. They were both very polite and did a great job. Candy herself fixed the screens. All went well.

I'd say A for cleaning the windows, but C minus for not including the sill on the price.

The owner and 2 employees washed the windows of our home. They were friendly and professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely use this company again and recommend it to our neighbors and friends.

They were very responsive to phone contact. They kept their appt. time and even called ahead to let me know they could come a little earlier than planned. They worked in a team of three, got busy right away and finished quickly. They were very professional, respectful and prompt. My windows have never looked this clean! I would call them again.

It was really good and I was pleased. I liked that they were local. They also showed up on time and were easy to schedule with.

On 06-09-'14 I reviewed the "Special Deals" on Angie's List. I noted an add from CMT Window Cleaning stating, "for $89 they would clean the interior and exterior of 20 windows, plus clean the tracks & sills of those windows". I read the reviews for this company and decided to give them a call. I called CMT Window Cleaning at 2;15 pm, on 06-09-'14 and immediately reached the owner/contact, Candee Johnson. Candee was very nice on the phone & very informative on what her crew would do when they came out to the house. Candee advised also that the "window screens" were not included in the "Angie's List Special Deal", but her crew would clean the screens for an additional $2.00 each (I thought this was very reasonable). Candee was very upfront about this & also extra charges for "hard water removal off the windows" & "bug removal out of window tracks". Nothing was being hidden & I certainly appreciated that. Candee checked her calendar & advised that she had an opening on 06-18-'14, between 10:30 am & 12:30 pm. I accepted & we arranged the appointment. Candee then immediately confirmed our verbally agreed appointment by e-mail. On 06-16-'14, Candee sent another confirmation e-mail, which I confirmed and sent back to her. On 06-18-'14, Candee's crew arrived at our home at 9:15 am, rang our bell & properly introduced themselves. The crew was 3 young men, very polite, courteous & professional. The Crew Chief checked the exterior & interior windows, counted the screens to be cleaned (7) and advised that I would have an additional $14.00 to pay for the screen cleaning. I approved & the crew started immediately. All of the crew were very easy to converse with, were concerned with interior carpeting, bedding & front room couch. They worked quickly & very professionally. The crew was completed with the job by 10:20 am and on their way by 10:30 am. Our windows sparkled !! These 3 young men did an excellent job, did NOT mess around & completed everything in a very timely manor. I am 72 years old & not able to do these windows and screens myself. My wife & I are extremely pleased with the overall performance of this company !! We would highly recommend this company to our friends, relatives and anyone else that requires their windows cleaned. Candy Johnson is the owner of this company and was very nice. She was always responsive to phone calls and even ahead of time for our appointment. Her crew was very polite and fast in their work.I have recommended her to neighbors and will use her in the future.

They are fine, that's why I am using them again. Well, I had them one before that, and a couple of young guys came, in fact he was the son of the owner, and they did a really super job. The second guy that came out, all he did was brag about how he had been doing that for twenty years and cleaned windows in New York high rises and he didn't do a, he left streaks. Yea, you have to be suspicious when somebody tells you how good they are. We've got some special window, like a double pane window, only one pane comes out, and I didn't know that, and the guys that they did it before, they just washed it. But the second guy said, oh, that's an extra window, I need to charge you an extra $10, whether the guys before didn't do that, which I said, you don't even need to take it out because it doesn't get dirty in the inside, it's all sealed. The guys before just cleaned both sides. They didn't pop it out and said, oh there are two more sides to clean. I didn't tell the owner though about the guy, Larry.

They did a great job, and even replaced a screen that had corroded.

It was good. They were quick and courteous and did the job.

They just finished the work today and left. I had more windows and so it cost more than the big deal price. They seemed to know what they were doing, and they came a little early, but they let me know they were coming. They left efficiently, did exactly what I asked me to do, and I was very pleased with their work.

I was unable to make contact with the vendor in a timely manner despite some phone contact. The vendor told me she was having telephone problems, but after more than three days I had still not received any call. It may be because of a great many requests for the service.
