CMT Window Cleaning

The crew is very punctual and does an excellent job. They work with you if you have pets or special concerns over certain window issues. They have done my windows for about 3 years now and always call or email to remind me of services and times. They are always quick to return calls for any reason. I can always count on them to do a great job.

They did a decent job. I would hire them again.

They were great and I would use them again. They were able to clean both the inside and outside on less than 20 windows. They were quick and did a good job. They did exactly what I wanted them to do.

I had the service scheduled and spoke with the provider the day before. The called and cancelled the same day that the service was scheduled and said that all of the employees were sick.

The owner walked into my loft without being greeted. My dogs freaked out. We went over what was covered and her assessment of what a "chargeable window" was and my opinion varied greatly! I paid an extra $40.00 for the third story to be done but, they "finished" without doing the inside windows. I brought it to her attention as they packed up to leave and she viewed the situation saying, they didn't have the appropriate equipment to finish the job. We compromised on a section of the down stairs windows, she initially (in my opinion) was going to over charge me for, to make up for the third story windows that weren't cleaned. They left a section of windows that could have been finished in 5 minutes but, she was very firm not to give me what she considered too much. If they had done the insides of the third story windows, it would have taken much more time and effort to do rather than the compromise we came to to do the first story windows COMPLETELY. My advice is, make sure you agree on what a chargeable "Window" is.

Part of Angie's Big Deal.....the pressure wash of the front of the house was quick and thorough....the screens were cleaned quickly ......the windows are spotless......it made the house look bigger and more wide open.....Candee Johnson and her crew are the best.....I strongly recommend them

Very Good. Easy to schedule and they arrived on time. They did not try to upsell. After cleaning, offered comparable deal for follow up. I recommend them.

CMT Windows did an excellent job. they were very thorough, they also cleaned the screens, the tracks and the windows. I would use them again.

They did a beautiful job. I requested they clean my screens as well. Rather than just doing that and charging me, they explained that based on the condition of my screens, it really wouldn't do any good to clean them. I will definitely use them again.

Candee and her crew arrived promptly and reviewed charges prior to beginning work; her crew worked quickly; service was excellent. So much so that I booked them to return in six months.

Overall I was very pleased with this company. It is a family owned business and the owner sent me two or three reminders of my appointment...which I was glad she did since we were on vacation the week before they came to the house. The employees were very polite and efficient. It was $149 for one hour of power washing and the window cleaning. The windows were sparkling clean! I had only 9 windows and a sliding glass door for them to do. You can have up to 20 windows. I would definitely use this service again. Very satisfied with the results.

Price was exceedingly fair. Quality of window washing and track cleaning was good. Re-screen was not great quality, but it may have had to do with the condition of the screen door as well, so I don't want to hit them too h****** it.

Complained a lot. Couldn't reach one window so refused to do. Bird droppings on some windows not cleaned. Said couldn't reach edge of window, but I could reach it. The price was good though, so I guess you get what you pay for.

They were very efficient and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion. We noticed one of the windows was streaky when the sun was shining on it, after they had left. But other than that it was a job well done. The price was right and I will be using their services again.

There wer 3 persons ,they seemed in a hurry & did not clean screens. Tracks were cleaned rushing, overall not happy with the service although the lady soliciting the service stated "we are the Nordstrom" of window cleaning.

Showed up on time - Was very polite. Explained what he was going to do. One screen was missing a piece that you use to get the screen out and he replaced it free of charge. They were prompt in finishing the job. I am very pleased with the company, their staff and the job they did

They charged $2/screen which I felt was fair. They pressure washed for an hour. They sent out three individuals for the job. They had a trainee with them who wasn't as good. He left some hand prints on the window casing which I had to clean up afterwards. The other two individuals were good though.

There was an additional fee for more windows and screens. I knew about the additional fee to clean the screens, but they counted the windows differently than I had so I wasn't able to get as much as I expected for the original cost. I don't actually know what we paid for exactly because we weren't given a receipt.
