CMT Window Cleaning

I compared them to other companies and honestly their price beat everybody and the quality of their work is really very good. The windows sparkle after they left that is why I set up a six month referral. I think they are coming out next week again.

The folks who washed our windows were prompt, polite, attentive to detail and did a great job; they were a genuine pleasure to be around! The sole reason I am not using this company in the future was the sheer number of automated "reminders" the company gave me prior to the couple's arrival. I received several texts, a few e-mails and at least three phone calls to confirm the appointment. There were so many that I called the company to ask them to please stop, that I *promised* I was a responsible adult who could keep a simple appointment. They said that the notifications were "automatically generated" due to so many customers breaking their appointments and that the notifications could not be stopped. It's really a shame; I really enjoyed the young couple who did the windows and would like to see them again.,

CMT was awesome, they were on-time, very friendly and professional, did excellent work and did not try any upsell nonsense. In fact, we asked about removing hard water deposits from sprinklers, an extra service they provide, but after testing it out, they told us it was not necessary. We were really pleased and recommend them to anyone.

Went very well, they were responsive and professional. Price was great and quality of work was outstanding. They even offered a 30 day rain ticket, where they would return and clean the windows again for free if that occured. Two people came out out and did the work thoroughly and quickly.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I had a whole lot more windows than were covered in the big deal charge. They removed the screens, did the windows, cleaned the screens and put the screens back up. They showed up when they said they were going to and were quick and efficient. The only downside that I found was after they finished and left I had to go around and check every window because not all the windows were locked. They left about five of my windows unlocked. I would suggest that they have a checklist to make sure that the windows are all locked would certainly go a long ways to make their service better. I was happy with the windows. When I called them they called me right back.

Workers were friendly, communicated well and were pleasant to have around. We had removed screens, so the two guys cleaned our 21 windows in just 45 min. Cleaning tracks was included, but they weren't cleaned particularly well. When it rained the following day, some windows seemed to get white spots, perhaps indicating some cleaner residue.

I saw a "Big Deal" on Angie's List for $79 for exterior windows only, 30 panes. This is what we needed for our condo in Irvine on the second story that we are getting ready to rent out. All of the windows had been cleaned on the inside, and some on the outside already by my sister-in-law. There were some on the outside that she couldn't reach. We had nine windows that we needed cleaned (the windows slide open and I am calling each of the part that slides one window). Scheduling was easy. The person who answered the phone was very professional and nice. She said she would send me a text to confirm the date and time, then another three days prior and another one day prior. I explained to her about the Big Deal, and she said not to buy it on Angie's List and she would honor it. I don't know if this is improper, but that is what I did. I explained our windows to her. I explained that they are "fake" French windows, in that one large pane is separately into smaller panes but the separators are some sort of metal and do not stick out very far like regular French windows. She said fine. I said we had a sliding door screen that needed cleaning and she said it would be $4 extra. We had just had all of the window screens replaced so we didn't need those cleaned. I believe the problem was what one considered to be a "pane." The day the crew was to arrive, I was sick with the flu, so my brother and sister-in-law dealt with them. They told my sister-in-law that because each division of the window was a "pane" that the cost would be $44 more. If I had been there I would have told them to leave--that this amount was ridiculous. But my sister-in-law didn't want to bother me since I was sick. My brother said they did an "okay" job cleaning the windows but he was very disappointed with their cleanup. They cleaned the screen on the patio which was full of dirt from the previous tenant. They left all of the dirt and soot on the patio when they left. My sister-in-law had taken great pains to fully clean the patio two days prior. Since we had cleared out most of our items used in renovation, we were without a hose. My brother cleaned the dirt left by CMT by using buckets of water he filled from the kitchen sink. I hate it when providers do not clean up after themselves. This is my number one pet peeve. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to others. I live in San Diego, have a home 4 X as large as this little condo, and can get all of my exterior windows cleaned for this price (and they are REAL French windows), plus screens and sills, using providers on Angie's List. I am not one to give bad reviews for the fun of it--if you look at my San Diego reviews, almost everyone gets an "A"--I have had great luck with Angie's List providers.

They came. They cleaned. They left. Good job.

The service was fine, they did a fine job. They apologized because only one guy came out. They were supposed to be two guys, but one guy was sick, and the guy did a thorough job, and the deal was for 20 windows and they charged me for 2 more. I have no reservation referring them.

They were punctual, polite, professional and fast. The 2 men crew split their job - one cleaning the upstairs windows and one cleaning the downstairs ones. I saw that the upstairs windows still had spider webs and dirt in the corners as the upstairs guy put the ladder away. I talked to him and he immediately went to work on the missed corners. He also scrubbed very h****** some streaks on the inside window my cat must have produced (after I pointed out the streaks). I give extra cudos to the younger guy downstairs. He was such a perfectionist! He even removed some paint drops left on the windows by messy painters from h***. (Not from Angie's List). I bought the deal for $89.00 and added $2 per screeen cleaning.

They did a fine job on the windows and sliding door tracks. They were on time, very courteous and professional. They have a 30 day rain guarantee on the windows. It rained a few weeks after the service. We called them and they returning at the first of the year to redo the windows.

CMT is a super reliable company and did an excellent job cleaning our windows. The crew did an efficient job and left everything in immaculate condition. Will use them again in the spring for cleaning windows and blinds. Cindy is great to work with and her office staff is friendly. It is so nice to get a text reminder from them close to the time we have scheduled for the work. A+++ experience.

It went well. My only complaint would be that they bent some of my screens when they removed them.

When I called to make the appointment, I was greeted by a very nice person. She was friendly on the phone. And was able to commentate the time and date that I need it.The three workers it came to the house punctual and respectful and did a great job.

Workers arrived promptly and quickly washed all the windows and screens. Only issue I had was discovering after the fact that one screen was not replaced and a couple were not reinstalled correctly. I was able to fix them myself, but....... The windows were nicely cleaned with no streaks.

This company was fast and the windows really did look good when they were finished. I was initially disappointed because some of the screens looked like they were falling apart after the service, but the provider came out and repaired those for me.
