 + -1 moreMehdi originally came to my home to provide wiring for a tankless water heater; however, I asked him to take a look at the garage because I had had problems with circuits flipping when contractors tried to use electrical equipment connected in the garage. In 1955, there simply wasn't that much draw on the garage circuits. He was very helpful, listening to my concerns and explaining code for exposed wiring in the garage (yikes!). He emailed an estimate that evening, and we scheduled the work for the next week. He did it all in one day, and walked me through what he had done. Great guy. Very professional and nice. He'll be the one I call for any future electrical work.
Description of Work: In the garage, removed all exposed Romex wiring and extension cords. Reinstalled all wiring in metal flexible conduit. Ran two circuits from existing main electrical service panel all the way to the garage to feed the outlets, lights and garage door opener. Removed motion sensor wall light controller, replacing it with a standard wall switch in the same location and adding another switch on the opposite of the garage near the backyard door, making it a three-way switch. Added two 120 volt wall outlets on the opposite side of the garage from the wall with the freezer plugged in. These outlets are operated on the same circuit as the garage door opener.
