Rick, the owner, and his crew, did the work in a professional manner and did an excellent job. Before the work started, Rick answered my questions about installation. The crew showed up when they said they would and finished on schedule. I strongly recommend Above and Beyond for the installation of gutters and downspouts.

I called Rick at Above and Beyond and told him the painting was complete. He told me the day and time he would do the installation and arrived as promised. His firm did a great job and used the colors I requested. We used a dark brown to match the trim and a lighter color to match the stucco, which allowed the raingutters to blend into the house. The men completed the work and I couldn't be happier with the job. I have a two story house consisting of 2400 square feet. The total cost was $1388.00 which included his removing the old gutters before the house was painted and coming back again after the painting was done. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond. They are a class act.

Rick was a superstar. I have remodeled two old houses in the last ten years, and this was hands down the most positive experience I have had with a contractor. He was very professional the day he showed up for the estimate, was willing to schedule around my painters, and did a great job. I can't believe how much better the new gutters make my house look. The real reason I'm taking the time to write this review, though, is because of the way Rick saved the day when the inept painter was unable to remove the old gutters. My painter had offered to remove the old gutters, which would be more efficient. Unfortunately, the guy showed up without ANY tools to do such a job, then threatened to "paint around" the fascia of the old gutters (more on that in another review!--just avoid Foothill Painting!!). Of course, he didn't bother to tell me he coudn't remove the old gutters until about 4pm, even though he had discovered this at 10am. So, when most workmen are gone for the day, I had to try to figure out what I was going to do. I called Rick to see if he could do it. His phone didn't work--little did I know it was because he was on vacation out of the country! So I texted him--and he responded within 15 minutes, said he would try to get a crew there the next day to do the removal. 8:00 am the next morning, his guy is here, taking out the old gutters so the painter could do his job painting the fascia. This is what small business requires--and it's the kind of treatment I give my "clients" all the time--but which I rarely see anymore from small businessmen. Thanks to Rick for an amazing job!

Another great experience. The contract price was the lowest of three. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time. The work was completed on time and all my concerns about water flow and drainage were taken care of. The workers were pleasant and they cleaned up the work areas after each day.

This is by far one of the best contractors I have ever used for home improvement. They did an excellent job on the original installation and came back out (at no charge) to modify the downspouts when the mason finished with the rock work on the side of the house. My gutters and downspouts look great. The employees that work for Rick are extremely courteous and professional.

My experience was really good. I actually got a scheduled interview and I had to leave so I, basically, left them the project. When I came back, everything was done and all cleaned up. They did a really good job.

I called three companies for estimates and one of the companies never called me back, the next company wasn't bad but he could not give me any definite answers and the price was about the same.Rick came out and gave us a estimate and said it would take about two weeks to get the materials and custom stretch and bend the copper gutters to fit the two Turrets. They did a great job! They were professional, and got right to work. I received a reasonable estimate and scheduled an appointment for later that same day. The workers showed up right when I expected them and I have no complaints!

They were able to schedule our job in a reasonable amount of time, came on time and worked efficiently to repair and improve our drainage.

Rick was very prompt and professional. He gave several quotes for different gutter configurations (without back house, only on most needed areas, etc) because we were on a very tight budget but needed gutters desperately because of drainage issues on one side of the house. We ended up being able to purchase gutters for both buildings all around because of his fair and reasonable pricing. The men came and did the work all in one day and left the property spotless when finished. After work was done I realized a rainbarrel would be a good solution on one side where drainage was tricky. Rick ordered and had it installed the next week! Rick is friendly, listens to the customer, and really does his best on the job. It rained just a few days after installation and Rick called to make sure it was all working out and I was happy with the placement of the downspouts, etc. Overall I would recommend Rick and I would use him again!

I had some of my plastic gutters replaced. Initially I was skeptical about getting metal gutters. But Rick and his team did a great job. The guy who I guess was leading the guys who did the work talked to me about details. He was friendly and easy to talk to. And he explained in details and discussed with me where down spouts should go. I also discussed with him about other options such as rain barrels. And he explained to me patiently. At the end, the gutters looked fantastic. I think it costed a little more than I wanted to spend, but the quality was excellent. And when someone did the work in this quality, they should really be recognized.

Rick was prompt. His team was prompt. They did a great job working around other workmen doing landscaping. Price was in the range I expected it to be. Quality looks great.

Above and Beyond Rain Gutters had been to my house previously to install cooper downspouts for a few deck drains. They did an excellent job so I called them back to install cooper gutters on my entire house. Rick Spink met with my roofing company as I was coverting the drainage system on my roof from roof drains to a gutter system. He did a great job coordinating with my roofing company. He and his crew came out and did the job in 1 day. The cooper gutters and downpouts are goregeous. They did an excellent job. I requested a modification for one of the downpouts the day of the job which he was able to accomodate that same day. His team is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

The gutters look outstanding. Rick was on time for the quote and he offered several suggestions to enhance the functionallt and appearance of the gutters. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. I would recommend Above and Beyond to all my friends.

The owner, Rick, went out and gave me an estimate that was much lower than anyone had quoted me in the past. The house is a rather small house and probably pretty quick to put gutters on. He actually called me because he had a cancelation and the Monday after Thanksgiving his crew was out there and gutters were up coincidentally just before we got rain. I met with Rick and got an estimate and gave the go ahead, gutter was installed the following week. The workers were friendly and hard working, job was completed in an hour and a half. We were very pleased with the results and it rained a few times and the gutters worked well and the down spout was perfectly placed. Thank You!

We were having all of the hardscape/driveways/patios redone in our home. Above and Beyond Raingutters was recommended by the company doing most of the work (California Custom Landscape Co), as they had worked together before. The owner Rick keeps busy during the day and so do I, so we mostly communicated over the phone either after hours or by leaving phone messages for each other. This arrangement worked well. We were given color samples for the downspouts and the option of painting them to match the exterior of the house versus using a pre-set color. We ended up choosing the latter because of increased durability and less hassle, plus the color match ended up being quite close. The raingutter and downspout installation was done very efficiently - perhaps over 1-2 days - and seamlessly integrated into the rest of the larger job. Since the installation we have had a few rainy days and everything works fine. Best of all, the connection with the underground system has eliminated all noise - good for sleeping without the drip-drip sound of water on aluminum that we used to have.
