The estimator/owner Rick was far better than most contractors. Rick was an excellent communicator - clear, accurate, uncomplicated and friendly with no attempts at con-jobs or pretenses. Showed up as promised and gave a realistic job schedule (that he later cut to about half the time). The two installers were fast, efficient, and also good communicators. Flawless install and to-the-inch of what I asked for. My only problem was that I had no complaints. I definitely recommend Rick and his team.

The guy was great. He was really good. Our friend took him too, and he was really impressed. The things stood out were how quick their service was and how high a quality. He matched the color of the house and we could barely see them.

It was a very fair price. The gentleman who answered came out very quickly and I got an estimate. They were there probably within a week and they installed seamless gutters while I was gone. I came back and everything looked great and I signed on the check. They were fantastic.

Rick was timely and responsive to my request for a quote. I was not home and the quote info, color chart and business cards were left for me. When I received the information I then called Rick who answered his cell phone immediately. I explained that I wanted a slight adjustment which actually lowered the price. I gave Rick the colors and go ahead to perform the job. The Above and Beyond Gutter Team of 2 arrived on time and installed the gutter, hauled away the old material and were very professional. Gutter looks great. Excellent experience and I will call them again.

Called Above and Beyond on Thursday and left a message. Rick called me back on Saturday and agreed to come over Monday to give me an estimate. He showed up on time and gave me a $1600 estimate for the front, rear and also a side portion of the roof adjacent to the attached garage. Rick gave us a color chart and we picked the color that went well with our existing house and trim color. We agreed to the work and his crew was back the following week right on time. The job was finished within a few hours. During the install they noticed we had an old non-working Direct TV dish still attached to the fascia board and offered to remove it, which they did. The results have far exceeded my expectations! The quality of the work is second to none. The gutters fit and finish are so good that they are barely noticeable from the street. And the best part is that they are seamless gutters. They look and feel like they will last a very long time. Our final cost was $1300. He also gave us a 10% Angie's List discount. All in all I highly recommend Above and Beyond Rain Gutters for anyone looking for a quality product that's professionally installed combined with a fair and reasonable price point.

They were excellent, A-plus. He came out very promptly for a bid, was competent and had the color selections there. He gave me the estimate and although he was pretty busy, was able to come back in three or four weeks to install. He came by my house early, installed the gutters and they blended into the house so beautifully I could not even tell they were up. It is a good quality job, everything is straight and looks sharp. The price was extremely good; I bought whole house gutters for under $900. They are nice, new clean gutters. It is just one of those things that was a piece of cake; it was a no-brainer. I definitely recommend this company above and beyond. Rick was really great to work with. They are tops.

I called and left a message around Thanksgiving, but did not get a call back for a while. In his defense, it was a holiday week. He did call me back, apologized, and we arranged a time to meet. He was punctual and very professional. The price he gave was more than fair. We did not use him, but that was on us, not him. Hubby wants to do it himself.....scary. I am sure that at some point, we will be giving Above & Beyond another call...

He first came out to measure and returned the next day to do the work. He removed the old one and hauled it away. They were all very good about cleaning up. The service was great and I have no complaints.

My home was recently re-roofed with tile, and needed gutters installed. The roof area was about 4500 sq ft and edging about 280 linear ft. I visited Home Depot to learn about available products. I priced vinyl products, in 10-ft segments, with connectors, mounting brackets, corner- pieces and downspouts. White vinyl gutters with associated vinyl hardware, uninstalled, ran about $4 per linear ft. I selected Above and Beyond (A&B) Rain Gutters from Brea, CA for an estimate on a 26 December 2013 call. Rick came on January 2nd for a survey and provided a proposal that day. I selected two colors from the 30-color IMS Color Matching System, and signed the A&B contract. Total installed cost was about double the raw material-only cost from Home Depot, but with installation, superior materials: aluminum, seamless and wider gutters. Also had a 100-yr warrantee on materials and 10-yr warrantee on labor/ installation. The installation was started on and completed on 6 days later, taking about 6-hrs total. The gutter color match with the rustic brown roof edging was perfect and the linen color down spout gutter match with the white stucco walls excellent. A beautiful set of gutters installed with precision. Clean-up afterwards was good. A&B answered all my questions promptly and courteously throughout the process. If you want a fast installation with quality and accuracy, at a reasonable cost (including Angies' discount), use A&B Rain Gutters.

Arrived at excact time of appointment to estimate and then repair. But did not honor coupon because I was paying minimum price for work. But, very happy with work and would use again.

I called Rick on 12/19, and we scheduled a visit for an estimate for 12/23. Rick was very professional and straightforward; it was a no-nonsense non-sales-y visit, where he arrived on time, measured, gave me color and finish options, and provided the estimate. I was happy with the price, and accepted the estimate. Rick told me he would be available in about a week-and-a-half, but that he might be able to do the work on 12/30. He called on 12/28 to say that his crew would arrive on 12/30 between 8 and 9 am, and that it would take them less than a day to do the work. His workers showed up just after 8am on 12/30, were prepared to do the work, and very efficiently went about executing the work. It took them just over 4 hours, and they installed all the gutters and downspouts correctly, with good quality. They cleaned up after themselves, provided me with an invoice that matched the invoice, accepted a check and gave me a receipt. Done. One of the easiest, most pain-free contractor experiences ever!

Rick came out and gave us an estimate. We discussed where the gutters would go, and where the downspouts would drain. Rick's price was so good (to me) that I didn't bother with the Angie's coupon. Rick's crew arrived today, a week later, and completed the job in 2 hours. The gutters look great! Just in time too. Its supposed to rain tomorrow. If you need gutters, at least have Rick out for an estimate. For me, the contractors reputation is more important than getting another dollar off.

I am extremely happy with the end result. Also, this company made recommendations that were necessary that other gutter repair companies missed. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Rick (the owner) by phone, who promptly came out to provide me with a written quote of the job with some suggestions for better disbursement of water via downspouts. The price seemed reasonable and fair. I selected the colors and an installation date was picked. The two-man crew arrived on time and proceeded to complete the work in about 3 1/2 hours. Both of the installers were very experienced and proceeded to provide me with a top quality seamless aluminum rain gutter system with leaf guards that look fabulous. The quality is far superior to the previous rain gutters that I had taken down due to the Tex-Cote project. I requested a quote from Rick, owner of Above & Beyond Rain Gutters. He arrived at the requested time. He gave me a competitive quote, and based on my review on Angie's list, gave him the job. His crew arrived on time!!! They were very professional and wasted no time getting to work. The lead person confirmed all the materials that would be used for the job, as well as the colors of the gutters. They wasted no time and were done before I knew it. They cleaned up and left no mess. They did a beautiful job. It's hard to find such professional people as Above & Beyond Rain Gutters. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Rick Spink, the owner, came out and reviewed the project plan. He answered all of our questions. He provided a free estimate and a diagram of the planned locations for installation of gutters and downspouts. He also brought a color chart so that we could match the gutters and downspouts to the color of the house. Rick honored the 10% Angie's List coupon. On the day of the installation (8/28/13), Rick's employees arrived at 7:30 am and were finished by 12:30 pm. During the morning, Rick came by to see that everything was going well and to make sure we were happy with the work. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would be very glad to recommend Above & Beyond Rain-gutters for anyone looking for a new installation or a repair.

The whole process with Rick and his team went very smoothly and quickly. They were our second quote and were less expensive but provided a better warranty and quicker service. So we feel we got a better product with more value. It took one week from first quote to finished product. Rick was always very helpful with all our questions. His team arrived within the scheduled time. We had selected two different colors for the gutters and the downspouts and the team checked the colors with us before installing. We realized other color choices would be a better match to the trim and exterior colors so the team went back to the warehouse to get new supplies. They did so quickly and managed to still get the job done by the end of the day. Everything looks great and we are very happy with how the gutters give the house a more complete look!

Rick and his crew did a great job. Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the initial placement of one of the downspouts, Rick promptly came out to take a look at it and his crew changed it for me, without additional charge.

They completed the job in less than 3 hours and did a great job. My experience with Rick, from the time I called him and asked if he could give me an estimate to the time the job was completed was a good one. He was prompt and knowledgeable. From my first contact with him to the time the job was completed was less than a week. That's very fast in my book. By the way, I also used his 10% off coupon deducted from his already fair price.
