 + -1 moreGOOD AS USUAL. TEAM WAS PARTICULARY DISRUPTIVE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO TELL THEM TO BE QUIET. HE HAS A HOME OFFICE AND SO LOUD TALKING OUTSIDE WAS DISRUPTIVE CREW WAS AS ALWAYS POLITE AND WORKED CONSISTANTLY BUT TOO BUSY TALKING.

 + -1 moreWe were called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and advised the crew would be 15 min late due to traffic. Zach and Zoe were real pros and got to work right away. They brought all of their own equipment and even used drop sheets to make sure no water hit the floor while they were cleaning inside. The original estimate was for about 6 hours to complete the job, but Zach and Zoe finished in 3 hours. We will definitely be calling on The Wizard again for cleaning our windows, and most likely for doing our gutters in the future, too!
Description of Work: The Window Wizard performed a complete inside and outside window washing on our 2 story house. As described on their website, The Wizard not only completely cleaned the windows, but also cleaned the "tracks and frames, hand buffing the streaks and washing the screens with soap and water." Superb service at a great price.

Description of Work: This firm washed newly installed windows for us in 2005. In August of 2008 we called them back to do all 40 of our windows. Three very pleasant young men arrived, after calling us to keep us advised of their arrival time. Our house is up a long, steep driveway and they had to haul their ladders and equipment up and down. The house has very high windows on two sides, requiring extension ladders and caution. The entire job was done in five hours, minus 45 minutes for lunch. They responded to our inspections and did touch-ups on their own.
