I contacted Reid through a referral. After our first meeting (which was very pleasant), he promptly gave me an estimate. Some time passed until I contacted Reid again, but he honored his orginal estimate. Reid scheduled me accordingly and began his work as he had promised. Reid was very accommodating to my needs throughout the job. He worked long hours to complete the job. Reid was very responsive to an after the fact punch list item. He is a professional in every sense of the word (quality, cleanliness, etc.). Reid also has a great sense of humor. I would hire Reid again or recommend him for any electrical work in a heartbeat.

I contacted Reid Worth, the owner of TOEOE, by email with a brief description of what I needed done. He replied promptly with a quote and an explanation for each item, what might go wrong, what additional work might be required. His quote was half of what other contractors wanted for the same work. We set a date and I confirmed that it was good and asked a couple more questions. There was a lag in communication that made me nervous - he didn't immediately respond - but within a few days I heard from him again. We moved the time up a few hours so that he wouldn't be working in a hot attic and he added the new items to the quote. At the agreed upon time, Reid and his helper Bray showed up with the truck. Reid's quote had included $243 for replacing the attic fan. He climbed up onto the roof to inspect while Bray looked at it from the inside. Reid discovered that the screen over the fan had been lifted and that the fan blades were out of alignment. He said it looked like some animal had tried to get in and probably got their head whacked by the spinning fan, warping the blades. Together they were able to restore the blades to their correct position, making it unnecessary to replace the fan and reducing the cost. It now runs more quietly than it did before. Next Reid showed me two bathroom fans he had brought and we discussed which one would be most suitable. Then they replaced the bathroom fan. This required Bray to lie on his back in the narrow attic space while Reid worked from below. Bray replaced the ballast in the other bathroom. He fixed the kitchen switches while I walked around outside with Reid to troubleshoot the outside lighting problem. He fairly quickly determined that the fixture was hard wired to be on all the time and I decided to take this up with my Homeowner's Association. They were clean and neat in their work. I didn't have to clean up after them. They did a walk through when done to make sure they had all of their things. I am very pleased with the work. Everything looks good and works well. They addressed the challenges of the job with intelligence and humor and their work was professional and well priced. The total job came in $140 under quote because he solved the attic fan problem without replacing it. What more could one ask for in an electrician, clean, thorough, professional and well-priced.

Made two appointments with Reid who missed both of them. My wife stayed home both times waiting for these guys to arrive. Not only did they not show up, they didn't call to say they couldn't make it nor afterwards to explain why they didn't show.
