Blackburn came out and gave us estimates to repair the baffle wall in our 2 septic tanks. After arriving to do the work his experienced employee was able to perform the repair on one of the tanks without having to perform a costly lid access and repair to get to the baffle wall. Both septic tank baffle walls were repair quickly, as well as a repair to an eroded tank exterior wall. Blackburn reduced the quoted estimate since some of the work was not needed and reduced it further as I dug up the yard to make the tank lids accessible.

I had Scott come out to my property because I could see that my leech field had pooling after lots of water use and because I was starting to smell sewage. He came out a couple of times to inspect doing a couple of tests then gave me two choices of what I could do. I went with the less expensive fix (the other quote for $4000) and he said he thought it would last at least a couple of years, it not a lot longer. Scott is a honest, straight forward and stuck to his low estimate, which I really appreciate. Overall he's a great guy and the guy who works with him was awesome as well. I will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys went out of their way to help us. They were very informative and helpful. They are definitely experts in their field, and I really appreciate them and the work that they do. I would recommend them to everyone.

THE PUMP FOR OUR SYSTEM AND THE FLOATSWITCH WERE NOT WORKING. THESE ITEMS HAD TO BE REPLACED. WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO GET THIS JOB DONE. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF COMPANIES DOING THIS KIND OF WORK.
