They did not start the design until at least three months had passed, and all they did was draw up plans - missing a number of elements, without any design consultations. They promised 3D modeling for review, which never happened. The plans they submitted were not complete, per city requirements, and we had to light a fire under them to get the revisions quickly turned around. The project manager job has fallen largely to us. They promised a constant crew to work on the project, once started, and crew has dwindled to two workers without even a job-site foreman. They tried taking very large "overhead" onto modestly sized change orders. Altogether, a very frustrating experience."
