For example the top of an entertainment cabinet was dusted but the cobwebs running down both sides of the cabinet were left in place, twice. Cabinets in bathroom weren't wiped down. Toilet sides not cleaned. Really basic stuff was not done by a team of 2 over 4 hours. Cleaning requested was only 1 master bedroom, hallway, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and den."
