Robert built stairs for us as part of a home renovation and we could not be more pleased. He demonstrated exceptional workmanship and maintained a high level of professionalism. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Robert!

We have been remiss in writing this for years; however we continually talk about the wonderful job Robert did for us a couple years ago and how he was a complete pleasure to work with at all times. Rob was amazing to work with from the design concept to taking the time to get the wood stain exactly right. The craftsmanship was excellent and he worked within the promised time frame. Our 1970s stair railings were removed and replaced with a beautiful iron and wood that have updated our home. He cleaned up everyday leaving the work are free of debris I highly recommend California Stair and Millworker.

Robert was great!! Very good prices.

The quality of the work was outstanding! Rob is a real craftsman and his work reflects it. They are expensiive, bur as the saying goes-you get what you pay for. I really appreciated how well they cleaned up the outdoors area they were using for their wood cutting. I'd use them again because of the quality of Rob's work.

Rob is the best. Told him what I wanted and, he didn't stop until he found the product that would give me the look that I wanted. Everyone that sees my stairway remarks on how beautiful it looks. Rob is very talented!

Rob did an excellent job on what I saw as a rather challenging project. Robert immediately recognized what we envisioned for the project and executed flawlessly. Not sure it could have gone any smoother. I only regret that we have but one set of stairs to upgrade!

Rob installed stairs going up to a loft in my garage. He did a fantastic job. He was prompt, professional, trustworthy and really listened to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.

Work was excellent, beautiful. Customer service was somewhat lacking. During the work, the worker left an air compressor turned on and it made a major racket very late in the evening which scared my wife. It happened again, and I was finally able to track it down. The worker told me the next day that he would forget to alert us to the possibility of such a racket and very loud noise. Also, a worker cut a rectangle into the drywall with a knife (at the end and above one railing) for an unknown reason and left it there without discussing the matter with us. We will be left with hiring another dry wall worker unless worker volunteers to come back and fix it himself. But, with these minor inconveniences, the product was exceptional and clearly a 5 star.

Rob is a true craftsman. Our project turned out beautifully. We are so pleased. It was a smaller project but he was willing to give it a go and did a wonderful job.

Rob stained and installed wood railings in our tri-level home for a very reasonable price. We were more than happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone.

Rob installed extra balusters in my stairs, and they look great! He did a great job accommodating my tight schedule, and I'm very happy with the end result.

Rob quickly repaired the three damaged stair steps for $300 total.
