Got an asbestos transite pipe removed. Everything was completed but good thing I had an HVAC company come in the next day to install my central AC. Socal Abatement did not notify me of this. Good thing HVAC company said something because when rain comes, it would have been a major leak and another vendor to deal with. Called to get it resolved but no luck.

I hired SoCal Remediation to handle the mold and asbestos abatement of my condo after a flood and I couldn't be more happy. I set up a lockbox so they could enter and do the work when I was away at my own job, and when I got home, the remediation work was done, proper barriers were set up, and they had cleaned up after themselves. After the proper drying time was over, Wences came back personally to remove the barriers. While I never got to see them work in person, I was very happy with the job they did, especially Wences (Project Manager/Estimator). I had numerous interactions with Wences both via e-mail, and over the phone, and was very happy with his level of customer service. I highly recommend SoCal Remediation!

Both men worked well together to get the job done. Unfortunately, another emergency occurred where they had to leave my job and come back the next day to finish causing me additional expense in a hotel overnight stay.

They removed the asbestos ducts and installed the new insulated metal ducts the same day.

Asbestos removal can be costly. SoCal Remdiation's prices were market value. Their staff worked with me when an issue was discovered by my HVAC installer. They were extremely flexible in resolving the issue. Note: Make sure to have your abatement co. talk to your HVAC installer to determine scope of asbestos removal! I would recommend this company again for this type of work.
