Description of Work: Countertop granite work was done by a subcon which was satisfactory. The owner of First choice was very unproffesional. He asked to downgrade the quality of the materials when he realized he underpriced his handwritten contract. When he was told that I was not going to agree to pay more money nor let him downgrade the materials, he got mad and said, " Do you want me to loose money? Is that what you want?" I reminded him that he was the one that wrote the contract and all I did was sign it, he said, karma's a b**** Greg!" After some more arguments over the phone he calmed down and agreed to complete the job as the contract says.

drywall
 + -1 moreI need to repair the drywall from hot water tank leaking in order to have the tankless water heater installed. Found the company on craigslist. Double check with Angieslist with good review. Called and got a quote on same day. Next day (Saturday) a crew of two came in and prepping putting up 4 big pieces of drywall, tape, mud, and spraying on 20 minutes texture. Next day (Sunday) the crew came back to finish the painting. Great job, got it done fast, and quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: First Choice Family Builders helped me with my drywall in front of my home. I had a wall built and they also did the stucco work and some paint. I felt the price was very reasonable. They were nice, clean and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them for future use! Good luck!
