It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was very clear and very up front about the shape my house was in and what I needed done (deep cleaning). I sent pictures of my house to Brandon P. I discussed my request over the phone and via text with Brandon P. and he stated he had experience cleaning for military housing inspections. I paid for the service via PayPal before I actually saw the job that had been performed. This definitely was not a deep cleaning. I paid way too much for a partial house cleaning (he said he sprayed something on the walls and that was considered deep cleaning). I texted photos of dust still on appliances, dirt on the kitchen and bathroom floors, dust on the bathroom light fixtures, hair and dust on the bathroom shelves. I received a text back saying that they had done a good job. After several days of texting Brandon agreed (and promised) to send me a $40 credit via paypal (I asked for $50). I never received the credit. During the texting Brandon also threatened me when I said I was going to put in a dispute with PayPal and provide a negative review on Angie's list. The worst part is I had just lost my daughter two weeks prior, which was the reason for needing someone to deep clean the house. We were already suffering emotionally and Brandon made it worse. It was by far the worst service I've ever received and the worst customer service too. The lack of professionalism was appalling. I would never use this service again and wish I hadn't in the first place.
